Replaced my headlight and fog light bulbs. Scheduled an appointment for the very next day, and completed the work by 10:30am. Excellent, friendly, and professional customer service.
I had a small emergency while traveling from out of town. Herb and the gang managed to squeeze me in on DEC 20 (A crazy busy time for them during Covid when everyone is traveling by car) and got me in and out in 1 day so I could make it back to my fiancée in time for an important dinner. They actually saved my Christmas.

I can't sat enough good about Hometown. Any job is analyzed and you are sent an email with photos if appropriate. All staff are knowledgeable and explain work needed. If later you have a problem and Hometown finds it was their work, etc., problem is fixed at their cost. I feel confident in bringing my vehicle to Hometown for service.
