My daughters car broke down on New Year's Eve. We had to have it towed back to Milwaukee. I called Greitens and asked if we could have the car towed there. I was told the car would be looked at the day after New Years. Early that morning I had already received a phone call explaining the problems. They were more than helpful and had the car fixed by late morning. Thank you!!!!!!
I was happy with how many times I was updated on my car and how thoroughly the needed and "future needed" repairs were explained to me :D
We have gone to Greiten's for years. We went to a different service for short time because it was closer to our house. What a mistake. We returned to Greiten's and, once again, received quick, polite service. This is a "must use" service.
Quick friendly service. Had a broken turn signal stalk that caused the headlights to stop working. They found a bad dimmer switch, replaced it for a reasonable price (in my classic 1983 car). I would have given them five stars but I forgot to ask them to replace the turn signal stalk while they had the steering wheel apart and it was not suggested. Probably going to have to pay another $100 in...
