As always, German Car Depot has the best service and it was pretty fast too. Their attitude is great - no pushy sale of the repairs and a Dachshund.

They messed up and mixed everythinglisted work that wasn't actually done, and also recorded 85k on the odometer while my car only has 48k, which is even shown on their invoice. Now I have to waste my time with Carfax support to get it fixed.

I would never go back here again!! The service guy Eddie is a liar, I went in for service on my car, so I ask if the could put a part on my car that came off. Something like a mud flap, I ask if it was put on he said yes so I looked to see and ask where did they place it, he tells me I don't know I don't check behind my mechanics. Ok, so I ask him to go ask the mechanic where did he place the part, or the mechanic is now on break til 1:30 but I can leave.
