I have been using German Car Depot for 20 years and 4-5 cars. They are an asset to have in your rolodex. They always come through for the easy stuff and the hard stuff.

I located German Car Depot (GCD) through a Google search and am I glad I did! When I called GCD to schedule an appointment, Scott was thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service! The Schedule A service was due on my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300. I was able to wait for the car and it was done in 2 hours. Most shops keep the car for an entire day and you have to rent a car. There was a business area with WIFI that I was able to work while the service was being performed. These guys are GREAT! . Have been a customer for ages and ages. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Also, Bernie is their resident expert on all things car-mechanical is simply amazing at not only servicing your car but also explaining your car's issues.
