Overpriced and incompetent. Paid $800 to get brake work done and less than 6 months later the brakes are way worse than they started. New shop said they likely didn’t put things back together right. Paid $1,200 at a different NAPA shop to get it fixed. Let’s hope the rest of our $4,200 worth of work was done correctly. NAPA warranty is a joke because they’ll only cover parts, not when things are done incorrectly causing everything else to fail.
