Oh gosh.....where do I start?!!! I was on my way to the VA Clinic from Spanish Fort, AL . My husband is disabled and has alzheimers. Our car broke a belt about 5 miles from Evans Automotive. I was hoping to make it to the clinic, but the power steering went out about a block from Evans. I was able to fight the wheel enough to roll into the Evan's lot. From the moment I drove up I felt welcomed. They keep you in the know of what's happening. you're not waiting all day long for to receive a call and if you need to call them they have two very nice, professional and educated gentleman right there to answer your questions and give you detailed info. I like detailed! They did a great job on my car.
