Staff were professional and brake repair was performed as requested. Cost of service seemed comparable to dealer, but vehicle drop-off was less convenient. Payment for services was satisfactory, but shop closes at 5:00 p.m. - had cost exceeded $1,000 they wouldn't have accepted phone payment on credit card.

We needed a fair amount of diagnosis and work done on a 10+ year car that had not received much TLC over the past 7/8 years. BPG seemed to have knowedgeable BMW people and one week after the service was completed, everything seems to be running very well.

This was my first experience with these guys and I assure I will only use them from here on in. The tech that worked on my car (I forget his name) was the most BMW savvy tech I have ever dealt with and I have owned BMWS for over 20 years. Clearly these guys stay up on all the latest standards but have a real handle on the older models. The place is clean, organized and doesn't play suck up like...

Great service done fairly quickly, things were well explained. I was impressed by the other customer there who had driven up all the way from Bourne ( Cape Cod ! ) to have his car worked on.
