RecommendedEveryone there was great, they make you feel welcomed!!! I called in to get a vehicle inspection and they squeezed me in. Then when I was there I asked about an oil change and they said no problem. Amazing service!!!

Both employees I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The lady was Kathy, I think and the gentleman went the extra mile to help me with a dash light that would not go off. He searched and cut it off and then described for me how to do it next time. These two are wonderful employees and you are lucky to have them and they cause me to want to do business with again and again.

I never feel like I’m being ripped off or lied to. They are very helpful with letting you know exactly what you need and the show you why. When our mechanic retired we started going to American Pride and it was a great decision.
I've never had a problem and I have used the Yorktown location off and on since 2008. Off and on because I haven't spent the entire 11 years in the area. Polite, courteous, and explains things in layman's terms.
Great service and have been taking all my family's cars there for the past 18 months. Kevin is very straight forward about what needs to be done vs what could be done. Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend.

I'm always a nervous wreck choosing a mechanic when we relocate. It's one of the hardest decisions that I have to make every time we transfer (military family). But American pride really went above and beyond to not only fix my vehicle but make me feel at ease while doing so.
