Friendly staff and got the job done, however, not the smoothest oil change i’ve ever had.... I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and what should have been an hour appointment, turned into an hour and 45-ish minutes because they ran out of the oil my car needed. Isn’t that supposed to be stocked?? Quite annoyed!!
The only thing I do understand is why I was giving a quote and walked out paying a big different price.
I received one of your coupons for a discount on an oil change. I made an appointment came in and got an oil change. I was frankly shocked when they gave me the bill that, even after the discount with the coupon, the oil change still cost me $52.19! I made a comment to the young lady who had presented me with the bill that that seem like a lot of money for an oil change. Took my truck in to improve it's engine performance the truck runs fine but wanted to improve it. They did the full diagnostic and over the phone detailed with costs. I decided to piecemeal tge suggested repairs due to cost. Here's where the honesty/incompetence came in. The diagnostic said I had four o2sensors with the right side malfunctioning (stuck open running rich) and the two others functioning but suggested to replace due to age . Very unsatisfied untimely manner. Work not finished overcharged
I was told my brakes needed to be done front and back front ones were done last year and were at a 3 still waiting for them to be redone they are under warranty i was told have not received any calls oil change was good friendly people
