Wayne County Tire and Service is my new go-to for vehicle service. I had given my business to another place in town and was still having issues… wasted money and time. My car drives so smooth now and the customer service was great! They didn’t have the tires I needed in but ended up getting them by the end of the day- during the holidays at that! I’m very impressed and I actually got what I paid for. Thank you Jesus! I absolutely recommend this business.

I DO NOT recommend this place. They didn't properly diagnose my car. When I called them back after my vehicle was still stalling they basically dismissed my claim. The person on the phone said I can bring my car back in only after he sensed frustration in my voice. It took going to Advance Auto Parts to figure out what was wrong with my car. Don't get a diagnostic. They will steal your money and not provide solutions.

4 stars because their communication and customer service is 5 stars. however; their services is a 3. one, you have to check their work. my rims were scratched & they cannot do alignments on “lower” vehicles. however; I’ll recommend anybody to them.

Arrangements were made to have TPS replaced on my car. I was called when service was done. Cost of parts and service very reasonable. Everyone was friendly and polite. I’d recommend this place my friends and family.
