Get a second opinion! My Terrain had a shaking on acceleration issue. They checked it and diagnosed it as motor mount. Fixed that but still had issue with the jumping. Then they said torque strut mount. Fixed that same problem. They then diagnosed it as torque converter that would cost over $2000. I took it somewhere else and they did a fluid flush and put in an additive for $200 and I haven’t had an issue since. I’d paid almost $800 for unnecessary work that didn’t fix anything. 4 stars because their communication and customer service is 5 stars. however; their services is a 3. one, you have to check their work. my rims were scratched & they cannot do alignments on “lower” vehicles. however; I’ll recommend anybody to them.
