Great service and great communication. All repairs and plans were clearly written out. Beth was especially helpful in explaining the repairs and options. Very positive experience.
Cannot recommend this place enough. I had 24 hours until my wedding and the car wouldn't start. Total True were so nice, they got me in and reviewed the entire car. I loved the report they sent me. The diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an hour! I'll always go back to them from now on.
Decided to check this shop out after receiving a mailer. Main thing that stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. Got an oil change and it was done in a timely manner.
