I cannot heap enough praise on these guys! They kept me informed every step along the way with calls/texts/emails, photos/videos. If you are busy and unable to take the call, you can text/email. The status of my car/car repair was explained to me in terms I could understand (I never felt as if I was being talked down to). Super friendly, easy to talk to, they call you back when they say they'll call you back. Most importantly my car is in great working order! If I could, I would give them more than five stars. I'm new in the Stockton area and I was looking for repair shops that specializes in Mercedes. I called one repair shop on Google and the person who answered the phone stated that they do not specialize in Mercedes and recommended Toole's. Boy!! Toole's is my go to auto shop. Always excellent customer service. They explain everything to you in detail with pictures step by step. Their work is top tier at a reasonable price. I only go to them. My dad was a mechanic for 30 years until he retired. You find a good shop. Stick with them.

I brought my car in because the a/c was so loud when running. It was replaced with a used part, at my request. The thing is, as I got in to leave, I went back in to tell them that the noise is still there...just not as loud and a different pitch. I was told, " I'm sure you are good." That noise is still there. I feel like somehow the symptoms were treated, but not the root cause. If it were actually fixed, it shouldn't have had any noise to it at all.

Check engine light came on so I took it in. Made an appointment online 2 days before and they took my car in right away. After I picked it up my check engine light was not on anymore and the car runs good. This is my second time coming and I highly recommend this shop. They also provide you with a link and they share their findings and update as they go. You can also message them directly on the link and respond really fast. They do a good inspection of your vehicle when you take it to diagnose.
