I chose Tooles auto because it said it works on jeep’s. The dealership wanted more than I could afford so I looked online for someone who could do the job at a better price. They saved me more than half the price it would have cost at the dealership and I feel they did a better job. They sent me updates on everything they were doing and I could choose what I wanted them to fix. I will be recommending them to my friends and family who need work done.
I’ve been going to Toole’s for the past four years, and they’ve always taken excellent care of me! They’re personable, friendly, and truly make you feel like a valued customer. When I upgraded from my beat-up '90s Honda to a car from this century, they celebrated with me, knowing I would be safer in a more reliable vehicle. I highly recommend making Toole’s your go-to auto shop!
Great service especially how in depth they go to explain what’s wrong with your vehicle even with pictures stating the problem. Show the urgency from high, medium, & low with the issues that are stated with prices acknowledged on the side for you to approve or deny in getting fixed. Very friendly & reassuring when asking questions about ordering pieces.
Courtesy, efficiency, fair pricing. All things that I look for when it comes to my car maintenance. On top of that, they are setup in a way that gives you a play by play, photos included, of the up to date information and work they do. Communication and customer service are also top tier.
I'm new in the Stockton area and I was looking for repair shops that specializes in Mercedes. I called one repair shop on Google and the person who answered the phone stated that they do not specialize in Mercedes and recommended Toole's. Boy!!
