I was very pleased with the drop off and getting the issue described. I had a bad electronic module that had disabled my driver assist and camera. They kept me up to date by phone and text from the technician as to the status and time frame. Great job, communication and timeliness. Very satisfied.
I recently had my 2015 Mercedes E350 serviced for a rear differential fluid change. The customer service was excellent. They provided a complimentary inspection and topped off my fluids without any additional charge. Furthermore, they did not impose an excessive shop fee, unlike the dealership.
Dana was wonderful and helped me get my car back on the road. Prices were cheap and easy to fit in the budget. Also family owned.

I was able to make an appointment for the next morning, and everything was resolved within an hour. I spoke with Dana, and she was very nice and professional. I would definitely take my VW here again.
Customer service is everything an so is first impression. My appointment was at 0800hrs an I was seen at 0800hrs to drain my sunroof appreciate it.
