Great folks, very friendly and helpful. The technician Mike that did the oil change on my GT4 was awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Good prices also. Definitely recommend!
I use to take my cars (X5 & 535i) to the dealership, but I always felt there was someone out there better and more personal to deal with. Then I stumbled upon Tommy Matthew's and I've been a loyal customer every since. When you have a problem. They listen to your concerns and give you a full diagnostic breakdown. There are not enough stars to rate this establishment! I was a little nervous having another repair shop performed service on my 2019 Porsche Cayenne. All previous service was either from a Porsche Dealerships in Atlanta, GA or the one in Columbia, SC. I was given an excellent quote compared to the $1400.00 from the Porsche Dealership to for spark plugs replacement and their check and balance. I always have a great experience at Tommy Matthewes. Everyone is polite, professional and always working to make your experience and the result of their work exceptional. The quality of the work and the prices can't be beat. I will never switch back to the dealership.
Customer service is everything an so is first impression. My appointment was at 0800hrs an I was seen at 0800hrs to drain my sunroof appreciate it.
