The Service Advisors Jake and Gerry were great. Both of them were very knowledgeable about their products and shared my options in a very concise manner. Their prices were very reasonable. Jake, Gerry and the whole staff were courteous, thoughtful and professional in every way. Exceptional in every aspect of their business.
My car has been worked on by Toledo Tire & Auto Care on Heatherdowns for many years. I hadn't been there for a little over a year due to life. Needed an oil change, was worried about various fluids, and sure needed air in my tires along with a new bulb in a back light. So many places to go in Toledo for work on your car. My husband and I have been going here for the last few years, and they have worked on both of our vehicles. They are always so kind and do such amazing work! They treat their customers amazing by offering discounts and coupons for future returns! We definitely recommend this place. The mechanics are great at explaining things and working with us to fix any issues. We had Brad the last time, and he was very professional and did amazing work for us! Will continue taking our cars here as long as they’re around! :)
Unfortunately for me, my car was acting weird when I left school one day last week. Some how by the grace of God, I just so happen to google a nearby auto repair shop. To my surprise, I was able to get my car to this location without causing more damage. I am so happy with my choice and my service here. Very happy to have learned about this location. I took my truck in for a flat tire, they patched me up and had me on my way quickly, also offered to give be a shuttle ride!! The customer service was excellent!! So glad to have a place I can trust to bring our vehicles!
