After using Sewell Mercedes for my vehicles servicing needs over the last few years I think I’ve finally found a European Shop that exceeds my expectations. Not only did they have the servicing completed on time, the thoroughness in their assessment of my vehicles overall health, and attentiveness to me as a customer was great. Not to mention the cost of service is a fraction of what I was quoted by Sewell Mercedes. I have a C300 as well that I plan on servicing with them in the near future.
I was referred to Garagisti by another auto service shop because they didn't do work on my cars. I am so pleased with the service on my maserati and jaguar. Gabe is so customer focused and worked to get the most out of the car warranty. The extra perks...outstanding. I received a complimentary oil charge because they simply forgot to add it to the preventive maintenance service ticket. Also, they pay for Uber if you need it.
This place is fantastic ! Customer service is off the charts , The owners Eddie and Sam Are the best. They explain everything in detail to you not only verbally but with video, 5 stars is not enough , They even detailed my car inside and out when they were finished. Plus they treat you like they have known you for years !
My pre-owned BMW X1 is driving the best it ever has since I got it and took it to multiple mechanics that could not resolve issues with the car. Extremely happy with my experience here and will definitely come back in the future when I need more work done! Thank you so much!
I was excited to visit the new store in Katy. I've been to the central store a few times for cars and coffee, never as a client. Those experiences drove me to ask for their assistance when I felt I couldn't trust any other shop after many failed alignments on my E46 M3. Was never rushed in after initial contact explaining my concerns. A month or 2 later, finally timing aligned and I was able to experience the Katy store.
