I came into Garagisti to diagnose a suspension issue and they ended up fixing the suspension plus an oil leak that been a bastard of an issue for a year or so. In the process of fixing the oil leak they resolved a related problem that could have caused catastrophic damage to my engine (they guessed the oil pan might have debris in it from the damage that was causing the leak. From the moment I called Garagisti, I received excellent customer service from Barry. The Garagisti team took great care with my vehicle, inspecting and documenting everything, and performed a thorough diagnosis, also well documented. I felt better taken care of than at a dealer. The repairs were done quickly, at a competitive price, and I was informed throughout. Very satisfied and will return to Garagisti for all routine maintenance and repairs going forward.

I had an amazing experience with Garagisti! They fixed my Audi quickly and did an outstanding job. The prices were very fair—especially for the quality of work—and the customer service was beyond wonderful. Barry was great to work with: professional, friendly, and communicative every step of the way. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest and knowledgeable. Hot damn. These guys are rockstars. Barry was on point from the moment I called to complain about my dealership visits to the after-hours pickup. They even placed my windshield cover in its spot, so the car wasn't 100º when I picked it up. These folks worked with my extended warranty (dirty words?) to make sure I wasn't getting the short end of the stick. Sought an evaluation of our Porsche Cayenne. This was the most professional, comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle that we have ever received. It was detailed, pricing was included, urgency levels included, and explained thoroughly. To boot, they were responsive! My calls were returned; questions answered; my schedule accommodated. I feel like Barry is a close friend for the number of times we communicated. Always polite, pleasant, and honest. Best service I have had to date. It’s my go-to repair place now.
