Sought an evaluation of our Porsche Cayenne. This was the most professional, comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle that we have ever received. It was detailed, pricing was included, urgency levels included, and explained thoroughly. To boot, they were responsive! My calls were returned; questions answered; my schedule accommodated. I feel like Barry is a close friend for the number of times we communicated. Always polite, pleasant, and honest. Best service I have had to date. It’s my go-to repair place now.
We recently brought my daughters BMW here, and the experience was outstanding! They serviced the car, fixed the alignment, and it honestly feels like a brand-new ride—smooth and so much better all around. Barry helped us, and he was amazing! We own a 2017 McConn S. It has about 65,000 miles on it. We needed a substantial amount of work completed to bring everything back to new status. He and the staff provide great service @ a cost much better then going to the dealership. If you need a loaner car make an appointment & one will be assigned to you! My grandson said it felt like he had a brand new Countryman and that's because they fixed everything for him! I'm now a lifetime customer!
