This felt like a solid repair shop to me. They were serious & seemed methodical. I happened to bring my car in for a buyer's check. After the technician looked the car over, I was given a sheet of paper clearly stating recommended maintenance.

Everyone at the shop is always friendly, honest, and really helps you the best they can. These guys are always fast, and I know I can depend on them to get the job done right the first time, without trying to sell me on a bunch of things I don't need.

My only problem is that they are a little high priced. They charged about 90 to dignose what was wrong with my idle problem, which isnt too too bad, but when they told me it was and idle air control valve and that it would be about 350 to change it, I decided that was a little bit high. That particular part is very easy to replace even for someone who is not mechanically inclined. you dont have...

Great auto repair shop AAA had to tow my car in on a Sunday due to a failed alternator. They were able to get my car ready by 2PM Monday (took longer as they were waiting on me, they could have had it done by noon). They were very communicative and gave me cheaper options to work within my budget, even if the initial estimate was a great price anyway. I normally go to my dealer for all my car's service needs but...

Best Auto Repair Shop In Austin-Take your car here!! Couldnt believe they were so helpful. Ive always felt like Ive gotten screwed at other places being that I know nothing about cars. But here I didnt get that feeling at all. They didnt charge to check what was wrong with it first thing, dropped me off at work and made sure to get me in time when I got off, and ended up letting me know there wansnt anything obviously the matter and to just bring...

The Only Auto Repair Shop for Great Service We first went to Tech One on a friend's recommendation when we got tired of the poor service provided at the dealership. It was the best decision ever. They have provided us with great, friendly service at minimal cost for years now and we would be lost without them. They are always friendly and they treat you like family. Once you try them out once, you will never go anywhere else!
