I've taken both of my vehicles to Tech One for many years and I always get excellent service in a timely manner. I never have to sit and just see either of my cars sitting in the parking lot....they get them right in if they know I am waiting. If their price is a little more than other places I don't care....I know the work they do is precise and I don't have to worry that anything will go...
If you have a serious problem under the hood RELAX and trust the crew at Tech One. I have had my car of four years in the shop a few times and each time I have been satisfied with the work done. In my opinion I would say Tech One is among the best shops in town. Shop around, get estimates and then take your repairs to Tech One. You'll feel good about motoring again!
From the first phone conversation to picking up my vehicle after getting the front brakes replaced, the oil changed and transmission fluid added, everybody was very friendly. I also felt prices and services were well understood before I had any work done. Suggested services were not pressured at all. Definitely going back here next time I need work done!
Arrived at my appointment a half hour early so I could miss traffic. The guys got me in and out for an inspection + oil change in under an hour. Seriously - this is the most efficient, honest place to get your car serviced in Central Texas.
We have been bringing our cars to Tech One for over three years. From repairs to regular maintenance, they are--without fail--fair, honest and friendly. And never condescending about my questions or concerns, as I've often experienced with other mechanics in the past. We don't take our cars anywhere else, for any reason (not even the safety inspection), even though it's a bit of a drive.
I've been taking my car to Tech One for several years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Service is fast, reliable and reasonably priced.
They have great customer service and are very honest in handling automotive issues. Always fair and go the extra mile to make it a good experience. I went in to have some wheel and steering issues checked out. Didn't charge me to look at it and only paid a small amount to have the problem fixed. They found it very quickly. Great group of guys!
The mechanics at Tech One are always great. I go here for all routine maintenance and anything not covered under warranty.
I asked them to ride with me to hear a sound and they diagnosed the problem correctly even before we got out of the parking lot.
