This shop quoted me a price that ended up being hundreds of dollars off because they looked up the wrong part. When I pointed out that the mistake was theirs, they made no attempt to meet me halfway and simply said the new price was the price. Not taking accountability for your mistakes is unacceptable in a business, and I definitely won’t return. Stellar Autoworks has been my "go-to" for service on my Audi over the past year. Faster turnaround, friendlier & more dedicated service vs. my Audi dealer. Very knowledgeable with my Audi, and provide detailed photos and recommendations for additional service, but not "pushy" about it. I appreciate that they communicate to me status of my vehicle instead of me having to call the dealer numerous times for updates. Great job Stellar Autoworks - I highly recommend!

Easy to make an appointment, easy to drop off and pick up before and after hours. My work was done quickly and correctly and for the price they said. I'll be back

Stellar is always my go to for service on my vehicles. I’ve used them since Tim opened the shop all those years ago. Love that they have loner cars available so I can still get around while my car is being serviced or have them pick up my car at home or work and leave the loner. Brandon was great to work with and kept me updated on the work and if they are still waiting on parts.
