My AC completely went out during this horrible heat and I was trying to find someone to fix it for me. I was referred to Stapley's by another vehicle garage and boy, I could not be more grateful! Everyone was so helpful. Jason was my initial contact there at Stapley's and helped me to get the best deal for the repair. I needed a whole new AC. Adam did great job . Even tho I didn’t fix the car with him he still took care of me and showed me everything I’m coming back again to fix my car for sure .
It was easy to get an appointment scheduled. I took my van in to have the air conditioning fixed and was in and out faster than expected. Jason was friendly and explained the work done on my van in a knowledgeable but easy to understand way. As I was waiting for my van several customers came in and everyone was treated with respect and care. I am very pleased with the work done on my vehicle and the respect shown to all the customers who came in while I was there. I definitely recommend Stapley's Garage.
My experience with Adam and his crew, in delving into the many problems I had been experiencing with my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder, turned out to be such an amazing, refreshing experience for me. The crew here is awesome!! Had my car break down when I was here from out of town and it was pure luck that I ended up here. They were able to look at my car within 24 hours and gave me very fair and reasonable quotes. They didn’t try to pressure me into any additional repairs other than what needed to be done and they were able to fix my car very quickly within a day. I will definitely be returning (but hopefully not too soon lol)
