The staff were all very friendly and took great care in inspecting the damaged area of my vehicle. They explained everything clearly and thoroughly, including how the repair was handled and how everything was properly taken care of afterward. I really appreciated their detailed explanation and excellent service. Highly recommend!
I scheduled my car to get an oil change and service at Stapley Car Care. They were professional, courteous, and friendly on the phone, and when I had to reschedule the service it was not a problem to fit it in within the same week. Ray and his team were just the kindest people I've ever met and just really went above and beyond ! You don't find this kind of service at any car maintence place . I had the hottest air blowing out of my A/C and they literally saved my life , i wasn't gonna make it another day driving around with this summer heat .. and they took me in right before close and just the friendly welcome and in less than 35 minutes i was on my way . I brought my truck in for new brakes, and reported a concern about the suspension as well. They thoroughly checked the suspension and found numerous problems. All repairs were done quickly and professionally. The truck rides like glass now, no rattles in the door, steering wheel, or seat. Very happy with the service.
Highly recommend went in with a car my husband was test driving and felt like something was off , they preformed a test and saved me big time!! They are super kind and welcoming and know what they are talking about . I thank them a ton!!
