Update!! Thank you for the response. To clarify, my concern was not about prioritizing safety, but about communication, transparency, and pricing. I specifically asked for the cost to be reduced to the minimum and was still charged for items I did not agree to, including a tire disposal fee, despite the fact that I could have disposed of the tire myself. Update: Jeff gave me a call and issued a refund, no questions asked. Went to have my car's window and door lock checked out as it was not working correctly. They told me I needed at least $1,000 worth of work. They said they checked the fuses but when I checked at home after they quoted me, the fuses were in the wrong place. I put the fuses in correctly and everything works. Weird thing is that some of the fuses were complete missing that didn't even relate to my original issue..... This place cannot be trusted. Update: 5/25 Just had a nail in my tire. Limped the car over on a Friday at noon and they got me in and out within 15 minutes. Very happy with their great service! I always feel safe and well taken care of at Slidell Easy, Pay Tire Store! Unless you go there at opening time, be prepared to wait a little bit, but their service and quality are worth your time. Competitively priced and I walk out, knowing that it was done right and that’s one less thing I have to worry about.

Excellent work. I have been going there for years and never had a problem.The 6 month option on payments using Goodyear credit card is a big plus also.Update.. My trailer for garden tractor needed new tires.. They got it squared away.. I sincerely appreciate them and can't say enough on the positive note..

Incredible service from Josh and his team. July 3rd right before a 3 day weekend.. my brakes locked up. We are visiting from way out of town. 2 kids. This shop handled the repair with ease, he fully fixed and repaired my brakes. Used 2 mechanics to get the job done faster. I can't say enough good things about this shop. The pricing was very very fair and Josh was so honest. Thank you guys who helped us, it meant the world.
