Staff was courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. My car is performing so much better after being serviced. I highly recommend them if your vehicle needs work.
My experience is always great at Slidell Easy Pay Tire (Goodyear on Pontchartrain). I will not bring my car any place else. They are the best mechanics and have the best prices. I don’t need a second opinion when I go there because I know their first is always going to be the best! Jeff, Josh, Ashton, and Mary are always so nice and polite and always remember me. Their mechanics also know me and my Enclave. It means a lot to me. My car is 10 years old and running great. I plan on keeping it a lot longer with their help.
Always great service! I purchased road hazard for my new car tires a few months ago and recently had a rear tire blowout. I just called them about the blowout and they replaced it with no problems whatsoever. I have been a customer for over 30 years.
Great work. Fair price amd quick turn around. Love how they inspect your vehicle then send a text, with pics, of things they find. And you have the option to approve or decline any of the additional work they recommended.
They are always thorough with their work. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was ready I was sent a text with a link to my vehicle report. They tell you what’s good, if your vehicle needs work (with a quote for the work), and if your vehicle is due for any routine maintenance. I noticed they also put air in all my tires without me asking. I brought my vehicle in at 7:30 and it was ready by 9:30.
