I just moved recently across the lake to Slidell and have had to change all the stores and services I use to over here. As luck would have it, I needed some serious car repair. Went here because my daughter has used them for 16 years. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The work that was done was really done well. Their prices were very reasonable, and I plan to keep them as my car maintenance and repair place.

I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car which was big change the oil. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and very friendly. Very experienced. I will be going back to have all my work done there. Thank you so much

Update!! Thank you for the response. To clarify, my concern was not about prioritizing safety, but about communication, transparency, and pricing. I specifically asked for the cost to be reduced to the minimum and was still charged for items I did not agree to, including a tire disposal fee, despite the fact that I could have disposed of the tire myself. Beware. My wife went there Wednesday to get a flat tire fixed. They told her that the tire was damaged beyond repair. After they had taken the tire off of the rim. They tried to sell her a new tire. She called me and I told her to have the spare put on. I would look at the tire when I got off of work. It was just a nail in the tire. Nothing else wrong with the tire. Update: Jeff gave me a call and issued a refund, no questions asked. Went to have my car's window and door lock checked out as it was not working correctly. They told me I needed at least $1,000 worth of work. They said they checked the fuses but when I checked at home after they quoted me, the fuses were in the wrong place. I put the fuses in correctly and everything works. Weird thing is that some of the fuses were complete missing that didn't even relate to my original issue..... This place cannot be trusted.
