I brought my Audi A6 into precision imports a few weeks ago and had a great experience! I was having problems with my adblue system and they were able to get it in the same day I called. They also gave me a free loaner car while my car was being repaired. I 10/10 recommend and will definitely be bringing it back for future repairs!
Really great crew. I recently bought my first Subaru and wanted to make sure the engine and transmission were in good shape before a big road trip. These guys got me in quickly, did the inspection thoroughly, and didn't even charge me for it. I definitely have a high level of trust!
Every experience we have with Precision Imports has been excellent! We own a car dealership and specialize in domestic vehicles. Whenever we have a foreign car that has a problem we cannot figure out Precision Imports is where we bring the car to have them diagnose and do the repair. Always take my BMW's into here for both maintenance & repairs. They give me detailed quotes and run me through *everything*, extremely honest place and they do an incredible job. Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody with a BMW or any foreign car.
Recently I took my 2016 VW Jetta in due to some unpleasant sounds coming from one of the wheels. The team at Precision was, as always, great to work with. I texted my concerns as I was traveling and they responded almost immediately letting me know I could drop it off immediately and pick up a loaner.
