Really great crew. I recently bought my first Subaru and wanted to make sure the engine and transmission were in good shape before a big road trip. These guys got me in quickly, did the inspection thoroughly, and didn't even charge me for it. I definitely have a high level of trust!
I recently had my 2020 Subaru Outback serviced at Precision Imports. Very happy to find them as we live on Mille Lacs Lake and our options for service are limited: St. Cloud or White Bear Lake. I had failed to bring it in for the 70,000 and 84,000 mile services and had a couple of rattles and creaks which concerned me. They were super easy to work with and got my car in quickly and completed all work the following day. I found them to be reasonably priced and thorough. Highly recommend!
Every experience we have with Precision Imports has been excellent! We own a car dealership and specialize in domestic vehicles. Whenever we have a foreign car that has a problem we cannot figure out Precision Imports is where we bring the car to have them diagnose and do the repair. They are excellent at diagnosing and troubleshooting the symptoms to come up with the best plan to do what the vehicle needs to be repaired. This place is AWESOME! We've been bringing our BMW X3 here since we got it and will continue to do so. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cleanest garage I've ever been in. Very competitive rates. Bonus, cute,friendly dog to pet while waiting. 🥰. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Recently I took my 2016 VW Jetta in due to some unpleasant sounds coming from one of the wheels. The team at Precision was, as always, great to work with. I texted my concerns as I was traveling and they responded almost immediately letting me know I could drop it off immediately and pick up a loaner.
