We had our car in to another shop trying to find out why the system warning lights kept coming on. The other shop tried various expensive remedies that didn’t work. They finally said maybe we needed to replace the engine. We brought the car to Precision Imports for a second opinion. These guys quickly found the issue and fixed it at minimal cost! Great communication and great service.

Great customer service, easy to work with. They are happy to answer questions and didn’t make a first time BMW owner feel dumb asking questions about features in my car. Their shop is beautiful and super clean. Great place!

Jesse helped get us in so quickly to get a transmission put in and even had it finished it before the weekend. We are so thankful for the help and quick service, the free loaner car was a huge perk!

I own a Mercedes Benz and my own company. And talking with Jesse (great guy) at precision imports. Jesse ordered my parts, next day delivery (which is nice). Upon meeting with Jesse in person he represents Precision Imports wonderfully. I get positive vibes from this shop. I Highly recommend!

This place is AWESOME! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cleanest garage I've ever been in. Very competitive rates. Bonus, cute,friendly dog to pet while waiting. 🥰. Highly recommend checking this place out!
