I’ve been coming to Pit Shop Auto Repair - Lombard for my Subaru for a couple years now, and they never disappoint! Every visit is smooth and professional, and they genuinely take the time to compliment and appreciate my car—it’s rare to feel that kind of authenticity at a repair shop. The team is honest, thorough, and friendly -- doesn't push upsells or add ons aggressively! Can’t recommend them enough!
Been bringing my cars to Pit Shop Auto for almost two years now and they’ve never let me down. I left a review one of the first times I came here, but they’ve been so consistent with the work and the way they treat me that I had to hop on my other email and leave another one. Took my jeep over for a coolant flush. Other issues decided to present themselves after the coolant flush done. As a mechanic I prefer to trouble shoot and do my own diagnosising. They were understanding and did not charge me for the coolant flush cause of the new issues that it was presenting. I was still willing to atleast pay for half but they refused to take my money. A+ on customer service if I need anything done again I will bring my vehicle back.
Not only were services completed as proposed...but Pit Shop accommodated my mother with her schedule. The staff were also very considerate, understanding and went past the shop hours to make sure everything was complete. We appreciate you so much! Thank you!
The weather was becoming sub-freezing. The blower motor for my heat was operating sporadically. My previous mechanic was unresponsive to my calls. Found Pit Shop--one mile from my house. Grace, the tech concierge, arranged to look at car within three hours from the time I called. As luck would have it, malfunction would not replicate.
