I’ve been coming here for a few years now, have had oil changes to major repairs and a few catalytic converters replaced lol and every time I’m always treated so nicely by all of the staff. I appreciate how well they communicate, how they work with insurance, the fair pricing and deals they try to get me, just overall amazing place. I live all the way in Chicago and still take my cars here! Highly recommend! The cookies are a nice bonus! 😊

want to give a quick shoutout to The Pit Shop in Libertyville. I own a 2020 Audi Q5 with just over 100,000 miles on it. I love the car, but lately, I’ve had to start replacing some vital engine components. I was having compression issues and brought it in, and Rick, the service advisor, was extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. My wife went to Pit Shop for an oil change and had a great experience (and loved the free cookies), so I decided to give them a shot. Very easy to schedule an appointment, lots of available times at hours outside of the normal work day, which is great. Not only did they get my oil changed quickly, the tech that worked on my car, Ralph, helped diagnose an issue I've been dealing with since I purchased the car in 2018. I hired this shop to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a 2017 Audi S6. I relied on them specifically to validate the claims made by the selling dealership since the vehicle was out of state.
