RecommendedI was just in the market for a used car and had 2 different vehicles in for PPIs. The first PPI revealed expensive work that would've needed to be done soon, so I moved on and kept shopping. The second PPI revealed that car was a keeper, and I bought it with confidence and peace of mind.

They send you a video walkthrough and show you exactly what’s going on, they give you a link to approve work and to see exactly what needs to be done and what they also suggest. No pressure no BS!!! Absolutely going back for all my vehicles. 10/10

I've had a very unfortunate set of experiences with Pit Shop. I brought my car in this fall and asked them to diagnose an issue with the power steering. I was told the issue was the power steering pump that needed to be replaced. At the same time, I had some additional issues repaired and spent thousands here. A few months later and the same issue has reoccurred. I've tried calling and bringing the car in, but been told they can't hear the same issue I can hear. Brought a ECU from me on eBay to repair a customers car then filed a claim to only return to me a ECU cut out of a junkyard car claiming it was the one they won on eBay. Seem like a shady way of handling not only customer cars but ripping off sellers on eBay, BEWARE OF THIS SHOPS ETHIC.
