I’ve consistently had great experiences at Paul Campanella’s! The staff is always upfront about the services my cars needs, and they take the time to explain everything clearly (which I really appreciate as someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars). Their work is efficient, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. The service and quality of work is incredible. Been taking my car here since I moved back during Covid and only place I go to. From Roland who shuttles me around everywhere to Jason to everyone on staff. They will never leave me hanging either. If they are delayed or whatever I can expect a first class loaner.
Everyone I have ever met at Campanella's is pleasant & professional. The work they do is always great. I've been bringing my car here for years because you truly get peace of mind from their quality work and customer service.
Everyone was absolutely so helpful, accommodating and pleasant to work with! Brian patiently and with expertise answered every question I had about my car, making recommendations, but never coming across as pushy. Kelcy and Roland were the cherry on top of my experience from their attentiveness and accommodation to both of their overall pleasant demeanor! They all made an otherwise daunting experience completely stress free and I will definitely be trusting them with my car from now on.
Brought my Honda accord 2008 to this place a couple days ago. My car essentially broke down and was not drivable and I needed an emergency repair that was not too pricey to get it back on the road, They did a very thorough inspection letting me know everything that was wrong with the vehicle, and did not pressure me to purchase anything else but were able to work within my current budget to get my car back on the road. It was fixed same day! Wonderful Shop and would recommend
