I had an excellent experience here. The team is very professional, patient, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to run thorough tests on my car before handing it back, which gave me great peace of mind. I also really appreciated their convenient pick-up and drop-off service—it made the whole process so much easier. Overall, the service was top-notch and I highly recommend them!
Very professional with a friendly family feel. Received an estimate on my specific need as well as an overall “report card” and estimated prices for other needs. Listing the other items needed to be repaired on a scale of urgent to not as urgent was very helpful. We trust them and will be back.
Always my go-to guys. Every single time, always extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. I WILL SAY - they are definitely on the luxury side of auto care in terms of pricing. I normally maintain my car at my local Cadillac dealership but they are booked and couldn’t get me in . I was traveling needed an oil change and just a check of my car to make sure all is well . I googled best oil changes near me and Paul Campanella’s came up I called and they were able to get me in the next day . They sent a report of my car along with pictures and suggested what should get done immediately I told them go ahead do the work they accommodated me with a loaner car since they would need my car for a day . There aren’t many places except for dealers that work on privately owned diesel pickups. Dealers I have had to wait weeks to get an appointment to get in. Paul’s took my truck in the same day I called. The next day I was told what my issue was, given a fair price and also found a couple of other things that needed to be done.
