As always, Campanella's comes through. I feel confident in knowing that my car is in good hands with them and that they will get the job done properly the first time. I brought my Chevy Cruze with Paul Campanella's auto shop as a first time customer due AC issues. I was not disappointed with first impressions being professionalism and warm welcoming. My car had to stay in the shop for a few days but was provided with a lender vehicle free of charge. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend you give them a chance!
As someone who grew up in DE, i've always heard Campanellas was decent but had never used them until recently. I've been to their Wilmington location twice now. The 1st time was around Christmas and i gotta say, it was not a good experience because they kept trying to get me to have more done than the simple oil change I requested. But after telling them it wasn't financially feasible for the 5th time, they finally backed off. Your response to BBB demonstrates you do not have idea about automotive mechanics, your business is just changing oil and selling tires. Another fantastic experience. Jake in the main office took care of all our needs and made sure we got a fair price. Campanella fixed and issue that the dealerships could not. Great job guys!!
