I had an excellent experience here. The team is very professional, patient, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to run thorough tests on my car before handing it back, which gave me great peace of mind. I also really appreciated their convenient pick-up and drop-off service—it made the whole process so much easier. Overall, the service was top-notch and I highly recommend them!
There aren’t many places except for dealers that work on privately owned diesel pickups. Dealers I have had to wait weeks to get an appointment to get in. Paul’s took my truck in the same day I called. The next day I was told what my issue was, given a fair price and also found a couple of other things that needed to be done. Always my go-to guys. Every single time, always extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. I WILL SAY - they are definitely on the luxury side of auto care in terms of pricing. But when it comes to general fluid exchanges, pricing is very fair. Especially when it comes to things that matter, or intricate repairs, these guys are the place to go to. Be careful of when you take your vehicle here! Dropped a company truck off to have the tires rotated / balanced and a wheel alignment done. Told them when we dropped it off that the truck pulls to the right and that it seemed like there was looseness in the steering wheel. They sent me an estimate that showed a Level 1 Diagnostic Testing and Inspection was approved for $210.00. Not once did I mention or approve anything of that nature. I normally maintain my car at my local Cadillac dealership but they are booked and couldn’t get me in . I was traveling needed an oil change and just a check of my car to make sure all is well . I googled best oil changes near me and Paul Campanella’s came up I called and they were able to get me in the next day .
