I am from out of town and my car had an issue. I went to google and yelp to find a place to get my car repaired. On both platforms Paul Campanella's Auto Center came up with high marks on reviews. I read through some of them and they all stated the transparency on the issue was very clear (no games). Also the quality of work was top tier. The technicians were really kind and professional. On my way to work, my tire pressure light came on because of the cold weather. I immediately drove to the closest shop, and they helped me right away without charging me a penny. I really appreciate their quick and honest service. Highly recommend!
PLEASE READ SO YOU WONT MAKE A MISTAKE. Just want to give my experience with all honesty. After the first call about an OIL CHANGE I felt that I could trust them. They make you feel welcomed and offer you shuttle service. Anyways once I got there I told them about some issues I was having other than the “oil change”. (DO NOT DO THIS) Joe went on and asked questions which made me talk myself in a “ DIAGNOSIS” ($200+) just to look into your issue. A few weeks ago I had gotten my first flat tire late the night before the snow storm. I decided to take my car to Paul Campanella’s for the first time. They were able to quickly fix my tire, put back my tire the same day while also deflating and placing my spare tire back under the trunk floor of my car. Not only did they provide great service but they also charged an incredibly low price for these services.
I called Campanella's regarding an issue with my cars' immobilizer. I knew what the problem was due to a warning light on the display; however, the solution was not something that I could readily fix. I informed them that no diagnostic codes came up when used a diagnostic meter. I asked if this was a repair they could handle or if I should go directly to the dealer.
