Always my go-to guys. Every single time, always extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. I WILL SAY - they are definitely on the luxury side of auto care in terms of pricing. Was traveling on business to DE had tire pressure light come on at night trying to get hotel - seemed tires were not visibly low or damaged so got to hotel - in am searched for tire repair shop Campanella's had best reviews and was only 16 minutes from the hotel Friendly staff took me right away - turned out just needed air which they checked & filled all tires - and didn’t even charge me! Thank u Steve and staff - wonderful experience!
Be careful of when you take your vehicle here! Dropped a company truck off to have the tires rotated / balanced and a wheel alignment done. Told them when we dropped it off that the truck pulls to the right and that it seemed like there was looseness in the steering wheel. They sent me an estimate that showed a Level 1 Diagnostic Testing and Inspection was approved for $210.00. Not once did I mention or approve anything of that nature. I normally maintain my car at my local Cadillac dealership but they are booked and couldn’t get me in . I was traveling needed an oil change and just a check of my car to make sure all is well . I googled best oil changes near me and Paul Campanella’s came up I called and they were able to get me in the next day . They sent a report of my car along with pictures and suggested what should get done immediately I told them go ahead do the work they accommodated me with a loaner car since they would need my car for a day .
