The minute I called, I was greeted on the phone by Brian, who was very courteous and scheduled me for my oil change right away. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Brian, who introduced me to the service advisor Joe, who handled everything I needed done. Joe gave me the option of a free shuttle ride to work, which i agreed to, and that was also very nice. Huge thank you to Matthew, Brian, Matt, and Randy! Everyone was amazing. My car needed some repairs. they took the time to show me exactly what was wrong ! They were super helpful, friendly, and made me feel really welcome. I could tell they genuinely wanted me to understand what was going on with my car and how to get it fixed. 100% recommend them. Went to have a Tire plug here and the respect that was given in this store was delightful everyone there was very respectful. Definitely will return for any service that I need. I worked with Kelly at the front desk her manners were top notch. Definitely my new go to place. Great service. Had a bit of a mishap during repairs on my girls car but I gotta tell ya, I wouldn’t have preferred to take the car anywhere else. Joe is one of the most upstanding, honest and attentive mechanics you’ll probably ever meet. They do great work here and, if they DO make any mistakes, they’re upfront about it and do an excellent job accommodating you while they solve the issue. Will be taking another car back here once I get the chance.
I recently took my Acura RDX to this center for maintenance and service. For starters, this center is impressively clean. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. My contact was Joe. I will definitely be going back - he was great! Everything was clearly explained to me and my cost was very reasonable. Thank you! You've gotten another very satisfied customer.
