I waited to write this review...I called for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The man on the phone said what is wrong with it? I said this is just for normal maintenance and my vehicle health is great. I already had a primary mechanic shop - well known, but I wanted my vehicle on a computerized wheel alignment machine. My well known mechanic shop checked my vehicle out like 3 months before and everything is good. Paul said my oil was extremely low which is a lie because my vehicle indicator would tell me that. I had an excellent experience here. The team is very professional, patient, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to run thorough tests on my car before handing it back, which gave me great peace of mind. I also really appreciated their convenient pick-up and drop-off service—it made the whole process so much easier. Overall, the service was top-notch and I highly recommend them!
There aren’t many places except for dealers that work on privately owned diesel pickups. Dealers I have had to wait weeks to get an appointment to get in. Paul’s took my truck in the same day I called. The next day I was told what my issue was, given a fair price and also found a couple of other things that needed to be done. A full report of findings with pictures too. Which I’m happy not to have had as an issue the next time we take our trailer out camping. Had to wait a day or so for parts. Was traveling on business to DE had tire pressure light come on at night trying to get hotel - seemed tires were not visibly low or damaged so got to hotel - in am searched for tire repair shop Campanella's had best reviews and was only 16 minutes from the hotel Friendly staff took me right away - turned out just needed air which they checked & filled all tires - and didn’t even charge me! Thank u Steve and staff - wonderful experience!
OUTSTANDING!!! Today I had a first in my 28 year driving history.... A kitten decided to hitchhike under the dash of my 2024 Ram. Called Campanella's and they were happy to help. At first they were going to send a technician to my location so the kitten wouldn't be harmed by driving to them.
