OUTSTANDING!!! Today I had a first in my 28 year driving history.... A kitten decided to hitchhike under the dash of my 2024 Ram. Called Campanella's and they were happy to help. At first they were going to send a technician to my location so the kitten wouldn't be harmed by driving to them. Had my 8 YO Pathfinder serviced here recently. Steve and Kelsie were very helpful. Very pleased with the service here. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Service included a shuttle or loaner. The drivers were polite and professional. In a word, my overall experience was excellent.
If you're looking for an auto shop with honest mechanics who care about doing good work and care about their customers, this is the place to go. When I called to schedule I spoke with a very friendly and pleasant young woman on the phone. I forgot to get her name to give her a shout out. I tried to get an idea of how long the service would be when I scheduled over the phone and they were unable to give me an idea as they would need to assess the tire damage first. Makes sense. These folks are kind, patient, and run a good business. They explain things in ways that an average driver can understand. When my car was broken into and the window shattered, they were really empathetic, and even fully vacuumed everything and taped it up while we waited for the replacement glass to be delivered. I appreciate how caring the staff are. Definitely recommend.
I recently took my Acura RDX to this center for maintenance and service. For starters, this center is impressively clean. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. My contact was Joe.
