OUTSTANDING!!! Today I had a first in my 28 year driving history.... A kitten decided to hitchhike under the dash of my 2024 Ram. Called Campanella's and they were happy to help. At first they were going to send a technician to my location so the kitten wouldn't be harmed by driving to them. They did great work on my car last week in a timely manner. I was leaving on a short road trip 2 days after bringing it in. Jason was very helpful, personable, & honest with me about my service…what was essential / necessary for safety reasons to get done now & what could wait until later after running a full assessment on my vehicle. I have an older Honda that I’m hoping will run forever. Neil was amazing to work with! My car needed some work, as most with 140K miles do, and he took the time to go over what was urgent and what could wait and set a clear plan for what order to move in. Incredibly smooth and informative process. Their diagnostic assessment provides pictures and detailed descriptions. Steve was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. He even pulled up videos of a car’s inner workings to illustrate how certain parts operate, because I wanted to have as better understanding of what needed to be fixed and what its normal function in the car was. The staff is always upfront about the services my cars needs, and they take the time to explain everything clearly (which I really appreciate as someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars).
