PLEASE READ SO YOU WONT MAKE A MISTAKE. Just want to give my experience with all honesty. After the first call about an OIL CHANGE I felt that I could trust them. They make you feel welcomed and offer you shuttle service. Anyways once I got there I told them about some issues I was having other than the “oil change”. (DO NOT DO THIS) Joe went on and asked questions which made me talk myself in a “ DIAGNOSIS” ($200+) just to look into your issue. I am so pleased with the service I received here!! On my way home from work I happened to get drive over a nail. Brought it to Campanella’s just before close, and not only did were willing to make room for me, they did it free of charge! The hospitality and kindness here far exceeded my expectation! Will be back!!
There aren’t many places except for dealers that work on privately owned diesel pickups. Dealers I have had to wait weeks to get an appointment to get in. Paul’s took my truck in the same day I called. The next day I was told what my issue was, given a fair price and also found a couple of other things that needed to be done. I had an excellent experience here. The team is very professional, patient, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to run thorough tests on my car before handing it back, which gave me great peace of mind. I also really appreciated their convenient pick-up and drop-off service—it made the whole process so much easier. Overall, the service was top-notch and I highly recommend them!
Always my go-to guys. Every single time, always extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. I WILL SAY - they are definitely on the luxury side of auto care in terms of pricing. But when it comes to general fluid exchanges, pricing is very fair. Especially when it comes to things that matter, or intricate repairs, these guys are the place to go to.
