As someone who has worked on my own cars my whole life, I appreciate how everything made sense when they explained what my car needed. Needed an inspection and they were very honest about my car's needs. They took good pictures of every area of my car, gave me recommendations based on what they found, and made it clear what was needed vs what they recommended. The parts needed arrived quickly. I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent customer service I received from Paul Campanella's in Swarthmore. I had an issue with one of the windows in my suv while visiting my family in the area. In addition to repairing the window, they completed a comprehensive assessment of my vehicle and provided a detailed list of recommended maintenance that admittedly I allowed to lapse over the past year due to the steep estimate from the dealership. Customer service was unmatched. They provide free shuttle service, a thorough online report of the vehicle including prices of all the possible/recommended services, and they were very fast at their job. However, as it was my first time there, they upselled me a lot; they suggested $1500 worth of work to be done. Yet all I really needed was $50 worth of work, an oil change... which they charge $140 for.

Very professional and courteous groups of people. Did a full inspection of my car and installed new 33” tires and it runs fantastic. I am VERY impressed with the service. Thank you for a great experience.

Great people, great service, goes above and beyond to help their customers! :) Had my car done within a day even with multiple services needed at once. Still had a light on my dashboard for an unlit taillight, brought it back thinking it was something missed by a technician. Due to my own ignorance it was a completely separate part of the taillight not included in the housing unit that was replaced!
