I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent customer service I received from Paul Campanella's in Swarthmore. I had an issue with one of the windows in my suv while visiting my family in the area. In addition to repairing the window, they completed a comprehensive assessment of my vehicle and provided a detailed list of recommended maintenance that admittedly I allowed to lapse over the past year due to the steep estimate from the dealership. Customer service was unmatched. They provide free shuttle service, a thorough online report of the vehicle including prices of all the possible/recommended services, and they were very fast at their job. However, as it was my first time there, they upselled me a lot; they suggested $1500 worth of work to be done. Yet all I really needed was $50 worth of work, an oil change... which they charge $140 for.

Very professional and courteous groups of people. Did a full inspection of my car and installed new 33” tires and it runs fantastic. I am VERY impressed with the service. Thank you for a great experience.

PLEASE READ if considering the Swarthmore location: This shop recently replaced a headlight on my Prius and performed an oil change, however significant issues followed that I believe violate consumer-protection laws. In their written service report (picture attached), the shop stated that the 12-volt battery was “inaccessible” and that “no starting issues [were] present.” However, when I picked up my vehicle, it would not start. Thank you Neil and Paul Campanella team in Swarthmore. After serious neglect from another auto mechanic, Neil and his team were able to diagnose and resolve multiple issues and deficiencies with my old dodge neon. They had to work on the car multiple times to get to the bottom of a persistent engine leak, and while the cost was heavy, they most likely saved my car from failure and collapse. And not only that, after bringing my car in for a third time, they significantly reduced or dropped the cost of labor to finish the job.... read more
