The team, especially Neil, were so helpful and informative from start to finish. I came in with a flat tire and they also helped me fix some repairs I’d been putting off for a low price. Their diagnostics also showed me what may need replacing/upkeep within the next 6+ months. They also use Affirm so the anxiety of paying for a large repair at once is gone. This is my new go to auto body shop!
They performed a quality vehicle inspection and attached photos of all the issues they found. They have a complimentary vehicle inspection so I highly recommend heading over to them and getting your vehicle checked out. You’ll be surprised how many things can be hanging on a thread! Don’t wait until your car breaks down. Preventative maintenance is very important.
I would like to thank all the employees and especially Neil . I give this place 100 stars!! Kind, couteous,and honest. They took the time to check everything on my SUV and gave me a professional detailed list of all repairs needed i was so impressed how Neil called me back and explained what was going on with my vehicle. We recently lost our mechanic after 40+ years, and after receiving mailings from here, we were going to give Campanella "a try" next time we needed service. It happened sooner than expected when our car broke down. I explained the situation to the front desk ( Will (?)) and said we would also need a tow. "No problem". They arrange the tow (as they do not actually tow), diagnosed the problem and repaired, all in the same day. Great experience at Paul Campanella's. I came in for state inspection and that is exactly what I got! Will went over a detailed report and had an honest conversation with me about what additional tune ups might be needed now, or in the near future. He didn't try to sell me on anything. Nichole had very customer-centric approach to all of the logistics around the appointment (scheduling, pickup, payment, etc). Unexpected to have in real time texting available as well as same day pick up. We will return for sure!
