They are amazing and very customer experience focused. I felt valued, respected, and treated fairly. Their shop and waiting room were clean, well lit, and organized. Everyone I spoke to was very responsive to my needs and questions. Additionally, they did a fantastic job on my tires/wheels, no damage at all, and everything put back in my truck as I requested. Overall great experience. They have an amazing service that takes you home after dropping off your car. Haven’t seen that from an auto shop yet. Also appreciate the same day service. Another shop told me to come back In 2 weeks. I got my state inspection for $106 (a little price) and 2 tires. I was quoted at the counter $425, but pickup came and had to pay $555. I didn’t question it, guessing taxes are that extreme.
I’m very happy with the service I received. I came from Haddon Heights, NJ because my brother recommended them. I had disappointing service from a longtime local mechanic, prior to NJ inspection and was looking for a new mechanic. The service was comprehensive and reasonably priced. My car finally passed inspection today! I will definitely continue to get my car repaired here. Very pleased! Great customer service and mechanics. A+
Took my 2006 Honda CR-V to get a jammed window fixed, and they did it within 24 hours! They even did a bunch of other maintenance too! Kudos!
