I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent customer service I received from Paul Campanella's in Swarthmore. I had an issue with one of the windows in my suv while visiting my family in the area. In addition to repairing the window, they completed a comprehensive assessment of my vehicle and provided a detailed list of recommended maintenance that admittedly I allowed to lapse over the past year due to the steep estimate from the dealership. Very professional and courteous groups of people. Did a full inspection of my car and installed new 33” tires and it runs fantastic. I am VERY impressed with the service. Thank you for a great experience.

So I didn’t wanna leave a review, but they sent me a text and asked for it so here it is. The guys at the shop are great! I brought the truck in to the shop with a trans issue expecting it to be a lot of money. They unfortunately couldn’t do the trans until the rear end problem was diagnosed. They diagnosed the rear end as blown due to excessive metal shavings and a chunk of metal that came out. Okay no problem rebuild the rear end. Great people, great service, goes above and beyond to help their customers! :) Had my car done within a day even with multiple services needed at once. Still had a light on my dashboard for an unlit taillight, brought it back thinking it was something missed by a technician. Due to my own ignorance it was a completely separate part of the taillight not included in the housing unit that was replaced! PLEASE READ if considering the Swarthmore location: This shop recently replaced a headlight on my Prius and performed an oil change, however significant issues followed that I believe violate consumer-protection laws. In their written service report (picture attached), the shop stated that the 12-volt battery was “inaccessible” and that “no starting issues [were] present.” However, when I picked up my vehicle, it would not start.
