This has got to be the best shop in Delco! Amazing people working there, they diagnose every little detail about your car, good or bad. These guys know what they’re doing!! I highly recommend Paul Campanella’s Auto Center is anyone and everyone! I will also definitely be bringing both of my cars to this shop now!
I plan not to use this place ever again. They gave me a list of things I need to fix and I declined it all. My car is well used and do not need much of the maintenance. I just wanted a simple oil change. Then, this person at the desk, Neal, got super disrespectful after all when I went there to get my car back. All auto-shop works for the commissions so they ask for everything that is not necessary to fix. The more you agree to do, the more money they make. Called the day of and was able to go right down to have my car inspected. Super fast service, excellent communication. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I greatly appreciate the documentation of all aspects of the service with pictures and descriptions of everything. Fantastic!
Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend. Clean environment, knowledgeable staff. Can't say enough good about these guys. If your uncertain where to go to have your car checked out, and get good advice, Please give them a try....
I had such a wonderful experience here. The team here was so nice and kind. They went more than above and beyond to help me out with the issues going on with my vehicle. They updated me regularly on findings, and even advocated for me when dealing with the warranty company on my behalf. I am so grateful for the outstanding service I received.
