I literally cannot recommend this business enough. They were quick to diagnose the issue, explained it thoroughly to me, completed the repair in two days, and covered the cost of my rental vehicle. Also, Henry was very nice and respectful. Definitely will be using them again (hopefully not too soon though)!

If I could give a Zero I would! We had a horrific experience with PAUL CAMPANELLA’S AUTO CENTER while traveling from New England to Utah in our 36’ motorhome. When we began having trouble climbing hills on our way to Pennsylvania, we called several repair shops for help. Campanella’s told us they knew exactly what the issue was and could fix it—unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. I had an amazing experience here at Paul’s Auto! I got pulled over the previous night for a brake light being out. I was really stressed because working everyday 8a-5p I was not sure how I was going to get it done within the week as a full time student without getting pulled over again. I was driving by on my way to work/clinics at New Bolton Center and decided I’d take my chances to stop in and see if I could get a quick replacement. This is the only mechanic store that I have ever been able to put my full trust in! The staff are personable, do all of their work with integrity, and are only out to provide good service. I never felt like I was trying to be upcharged. Several issues came up with my Hyundai that I had recently bought. The staff here took pictures to match the inspection report, and explained everything clearly to me. This shop was great! One of my tires was leaking air and I brought it in the morning and they were able to diagnose the issue and patch the tire within an hour. They even did it free of charge since it was an easy fix. They are honest and take pride in their work. Will definitely use their services again in the future.
