Really solid shop. The staff is always friendly and they get the work done quickly without cutting corners. They make the whole auto repair experience much less daunting. Henry at the front desk is great—he explains everything in simple terms so you actually know what’s being done to your car. He even called my vehicle’s manufacturer to check if a part was still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Definitely a shop you can trust.

I took my older car to Paul Campanella’s in Kennett Square for an inspection, knowing it’d likely need a lot of work—and I’m so glad I chose them. Henry at the desk walked me through everything as a first-time customer and was patient, kind, and super helpful. They ended up doing more work than expected, but they helped me get a loaner car and made sure I understood every step of the process. Absolutely the best customer service!! I had the occasion to have them work on a truck a few years ago and the service was spectacular. I am from out of town and stopped in again because a message came up on my dashboard; I stopped in and the NICEST people work there. They checked my vehicle out and eased my concerns. If you’re local, you already know this is a great place for service, if you’re from out of town put this place in your phone because it’s very trustworthy and they know what they’re doing. I had a flat tire. We googled the nearest tire service. This company came up and was able to fix it. Sam, the technician and staff were all exceptional. My tire needed to be plugged so we thought. The technician looked further to see it actually needed to be patched. I had 2 holes in my tire. Thank you all for the quick service and hospitality.

I was having tire issues over a very busy week. I had seen the amazing reviews so I called, assuming they were “booked” “closing early for holiday weekend” Nope! I said Im in a big time crunch.Eric said what time do you need to leave by. I told him and he said lets do this They looked saw nothing. Told me to stop back with any issues next morning same issue. I called same lets do ot response and they removed tire diagnosed quickly and I was in my way. Incredible service
