I needed to get tires on my car, I called them first thing in the morning and they said to bring it over. My appointment was very impromptu and they made it happen. Even did a health screed got my emissions done and told me exactly what I needed for it to pass inspection. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. A wonderful experience overall. Really solid shop. The staff is always friendly and they get the work done quickly without cutting corners. They make the whole auto repair experience much less daunting. Henry at the front desk is great—he explains everything in simple terms so you actually know what’s being done to your car. He even called my vehicle’s manufacturer to check if a part was still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Definitely a shop you can trust.

This was my first time coming in here and I had such a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole process really easy. Not only did they fix my car, but they even recommended a great coffee shop down the road while I waited! I will definitely be coming back!

I took my older car to Paul Campanella’s in Kennett Square for an inspection, knowing it’d likely need a lot of work—and I’m so glad I chose them. Henry at the desk walked me through everything as a first-time customer and was patient, kind, and super helpful. They ended up doing more work than expected, but they helped me get a loaner car and made sure I understood every step of the process. This was my first time at a Paul Campanella's location, and this office was very impressive. Henry was the associate who was my primary contact throughout the service for my vehicle. He was attentive, patient, well-informed, and friendly. I felt listened to, understood the details of the repair, and I absolutely love their digital systems which include real time reporting with photos and online payment methods. I will absolutely be back again.
