I recently had state inspections done for both my car and my son’s car, and the service was outstanding. Karl was my contact, and he was fantastic—honest, fair, and extremely helpful. They even went the extra mile by picking me up in town after the inspection was finished, which was a huge convenience. I visited Campanella’s for a second opinion on my vehicle and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The team was friendly, efficient, and highly professional. They provided clear and transparent communication about the work needed on my car and the pricing involved. I had a bit of a different situation--one of the rear (drive) tires on my 60 year-old John Deere 110 lawn tractor popped a seal. On the phone the cheerful folks at the Kennett Square were very helpful but not certain that their equipment would accomodate this smaller wheel. I brought it in and right away they stopped what they were doing and confirmed that their equipment would indeed work. Ten minutes later I left with my tire remounted, inflated and ready for service. Was first time visit for me. They were new in my Kennett Square neighborhood. Had a couple of nails in my tire. They were kind enough to remove the nails and put a plug to patch it up. Very courteous, and helpful. Did not charge anything for the patch up. Karl was great. I did drop off the tire, and picked it up later. Ran the car with the donut in the meantime.

10/10 service from Paul Campanella’s in Kennett Square. I just moved to the area and needed an oil change along with a state inspection and emissions test. Not only was I able to quickly schedule an appointment, the staff turned my car around quickly and efficiently. They were communicative, friendly and greatly helpful. I’m so pleased with their service and pricing, and look forward to working with them again!
