With a nail in the sidewall of my new car’s tire, I went to Paul Campanella’s Auto shop. Luckily, I was very close by. It turned out that I needed a new tire. One of his servicemen was in the area where we found one but about 30 minutes away. In rush hour traffic, he made it back to the shop one half hour AFTER closing. Had a fabulous experience with these guys. We had a nail in our tire, which almost ruined our trip. We came early in the morning, and they greeted us with friendly faces and a lot of great information about our choices. They were super fast - getting us in and out in less than an hour. They were also very honest, thoughtful, kind and did a great job. Wish all tire places could be this good!!
Called about low tire pressure. I was away from home and gave me instructions on phone until I could bring car in. Next day came in with no appt and repaired tire in about 15 mins. Staff courteous, knowledgeable and caring about my concern on phone and at service. Been a customer since they took over Sunoco and recommend highly for service
Wow! Friends recommended Campanella’s to me. I have been satisfied with my car dealership, but when I had a tire issue I decided to give Campanella’s a try because they told me to come over the same day I called. From the initial call to the fix, my entire experience was fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire in no time and checked my other tires to be safe.
