I recently had state inspections done for both my car and my son’s car, and the service was outstanding. Karl was my contact, and he was fantastic—honest, fair, and extremely helpful. They even went the extra mile by picking me up in town after the inspection was finished, which was a huge convenience. So glad to have found a repair shop that is honest, fair and detailed! The service was impeccable, digital inspection report offered pictures and measurements of detailed aspects like tire and brake wear, images of worn bushings etc. Other shops usually BS you, not here. Prices are more than fair, they have a local shuttle, can’t ask for more. Highly recommend!!
10/10 service from Paul Campanella’s in Kennett Square. I just moved to the area and needed an oil change along with a state inspection and emissions test. Not only was I able to quickly schedule an appointment, the staff turned my car around quickly and efficiently. They were communicative, friendly and greatly helpful. I’m so pleased with their service and pricing, and look forward to working with them again!
Great service. Honest. Small but clean front office in Kennett, friendly customer service, they offer some nice extras that are typically things you would get at the dealer; like pick up/drop off service, loaner cars, multi point inspections to look for wear and to give you a heads up on what maintenance is needed soon.
