Upon a to visit our baby grandson in Kennett Square, our car "low tire air alert" came on. After pulling over to check the tires I quickly heard and found a piece of metal in the tire. I told my son and without hesitation he said to drive it to Campanella's and he was certain that they would be able to quickly help. Highly recommend!! Feel this review. 2.26.25. Slashed my tire on Longwood pothole. Limped to GIANT. Could not break my damn lugs loose to put my donut on. Called them as closest on Google maps for roadside assist. I was 3 miles away. They were resistant to give me a quote on the phone for the service appearance. I was concerned. They sent 2 techs, popped my lugs, installed my donut, showed me ruined slashed tire, refused payment, refused tip, ask only for the ability to give me an immediate quote for replacement. ... read more
Excellent service, great dedicated team and super fast turn around. Met Paul Campanella at the Kennett Square center and he's super nice. 100% recommend him and his business! I felt I was treated like family, even though i didn't know anyone and was my first time there. They also did not want to charge me at all, I was truly surprised. Wow blown away by the service I received yesterday. I called the previous day to see if I could have my car inspected and if it could be done by 10:30am. I explained that I exercise at my lunchtime so I would like to have my car back. Henry the manager said that would not be a problem. Well I received a text then a call at 9:55am to say my car was ready.
