If I could give a Zero I would! We had a horrific experience with PAUL CAMPANELLA’S AUTO CENTER while traveling from New England to Utah in our 36’ motorhome. When we began having trouble climbing hills on our way to Pennsylvania, we called several repair shops for help. Campanella’s told us they knew exactly what the issue was and could fix it—unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. This is the only mechanic store that I have ever been able to put my full trust in! The staff are personable, do all of their work with integrity, and are only out to provide good service. I never felt like I was trying to be upcharged. Several issues came up with my Hyundai that I had recently bought. The staff here took pictures to match the inspection report, and explained everything clearly to me. Truly old-school customer service! I scheduled an appointment at the Unionville Rd location to get a slow leak tire (nail in it) fixed. The team was professional and incredibly generous—they fixed the tire and refused to let me pay a dime. That kind of honesty builds real trust. You have definitely earned a loyal customer. This shop was great! One of my tires was leaking air and I brought it in the morning and they were able to diagnose the issue and patch the tire within an hour. They even did it free of charge since it was an easy fix. They are honest and take pride in their work. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

The service I received from Campanella's was top notch. I called to schedule an appointment for a check engine light and a stumble on acceleration. I like how the shop's policy is to fully inspect and evaluate my vehicle in person and not to give me their thoughts on what could be wrong over the phone. They were thorough with the evaluation and gave me a great look at the full health report of my vehicle and what is the best course of action to make car safe to operate.
