Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got a bit of work done here (brakes/rotors/calipers replaced, control arms replaced, etc) and was very happy with the service and price. Jake got back to me promptly with my inspection results and even walked me through my options for service and his personal recommendations. I will certainly be returning here for my car needs!
Wow, what a stellar customer experience!!! if you thought great customer service is dead, bring your car to this place!! Just awesome experience from booking the appointment, which is super easy on their website, to the folks at the front desk to the mechanic service. Excellent service at Paul Campanella’s Auto Center in Hockessin. Had a flat on my way to a meeting so I called them, dropped my car off, and asked them to check out all tires and brakes. They were busy, but I’m so grateful that they were able to check everything out and replace what was needed. Our service manager was Jake. He was absolutely fantastic! Really listen to our concerns and offered many options for us to consider. Gave a full check of our car and a list of recommended repairs but helped prioritize them. Really found this a friendly welcoming store to work from and will certainly return.
I had a recent visit that stemmed with a request to patch/plug my tire. They did the work excellently with no issues and looked over the remaining ride (complete with pictures of watch items and issues, each with explanations). Thankfully the team spotted an issue with my tie rod boot that needed replacement immediately as it was leaking grease and ultimately would've caused grinding and or rattling when turning, potentially causing more cost down the line.
