I am new to the area and my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. The team got me in quickly. They also inspected to see if I was due for any other work and sent pictures and results of that inspection. They provided me a ride home after drop off and picked me up when my car was ready. The staff was nice and professional. I’m glad I found a shop I can use for years to come!
I randomly got a flat tire on the way to work and needed a fix. I didn't manage to get to the shop until close, but nonetheless throughout that day and the following morning, all of the staff were top notch! Jake, Terrick, and Stuart were intent on making sure I had everything I needed and got my car back to me in a flash. Such nice lads! I have gone several times for planned services. I absolutely love these folks. They are super friendly, efficient, and get me where I need to be every time. I use them for my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles. Please share with Stuart and Jake as we appreciate their attitude as well as the great service! They have more locations as well, so my message to anyone reading this is simple. Stop dragging your feet and call them when you need service for any of your vehicle needs. They are wonderful!
Worked with Jake and was beyond impressed. Not only was he extremely competent but his customer appreciation was quite impressive! The overall service and genuine customer appreciation has now convinced me that Campanella's is the place for all my future car service needs.
Just got my tires changed here - took a stab at this garage since it is so close to my house. They were super friendly and honest, quick, and did high quality work. I worked with Jake during the effort and he was very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I'll definitely be going back here in the future.
