Outstanding Service. Very Knowledgeable and professional staff. Worked diligently to fine required Original Equipment parts. Very interested in reviewing all potential issues, not just main repair needed now, to ensure best possible performance from your vehicle. Very professional and well run operation. Treated my car as if it was theirs. i will have them do all service on my car going forward
I have now serviced 2 vehicles through this location with Jake as my service advisor. The service has been top notch. The inspections provide 100% transparency. Prices are very fair, and you get honest advice on what service is “needed” versus “recommended.” Highly recommend if you’re unsure which local auto service to use. I’ve been to at least 3 other service centers in the area. This one is the best. 5 stars
Excellent service and very professional. I cant say enough how much i appreciate how he was able to explain what maintenance was needed urgently and what could wait. So many others could have attempted to pressure a customer into unnecessary repairs. This gentleman is honest and they do excellent work. I will definitely be back.
It was the warm part of May, when I lost the A/C in my vehicle and brought it to the Hockessin Campanella's. Initial estimate was $3,000 to repair which was not at all what I was expecting. Jake was great and came up with an alternative solution for the repair, which saved me over $2,000 and made me very happy and didn't even try and pressure me with the higher costing repair.
