Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got a bit of work done here (brakes/rotors/calipers replaced, control arms replaced, etc) and was very happy with the service and price. Jake got back to me promptly with my inspection results and even walked me through my options for service and his personal recommendations. I will certainly be returning here for my car needs!
Had a great experience with Paul Campanella’s Auto and Tire Center in Hockessin!! Jake was quick to get started as soon as the vehicle was dropped off. Even though it was a few hours before close, the day before our scheduled appointment, he was eager to get it diagnosed and prepped for the next day. On the day of service I received a full inspection report with the needs fixed, nice to have, and need to watch. Outstanding Service. Very Knowledgeable and professional staff. Worked diligently to fine required Original Equipment parts. Very interested in reviewing all potential issues, not just main repair needed now, to ensure best possible performance from your vehicle. Very professional and well run operation. Treated my car as if it was theirs. i will have them do all service on my car going forward
