These guys are the best! They’ve been helping me and my mom out for years. Took the car in today for some routine service and they went above and beyond. Fast and efficient, always friendly. I’m consistently impressed with the quality of their work. Plus, they are dog friendly! My mom’s pup barks at everyone, but not when he’s at Paul’s! He was so well-behaved and they gave him a treat. Will definitely be coming back whenever the car needs some love.

The customer service is exceptional and they are extremely accommodating and do their honest best to work with you to repair your vehicle(s). Best customer service around. Jake made sure we had everything we needed and updated us at every step. We spoke multiple times throughout the day and not once did his mood change or his willingness to help. He made us feel comfortable. Will definitely be back.
I had such a great experience at Paul Campanella’s Auto & Tire Center in Hockessin! I came in after running over a nail, and they not only removed it and plugged the tire, but also did it at no charge. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
