Paul Campanella’s Auto Centers is top choice for my household’s vehicles. The customer service is exceptional and they are extremely accommodating and do their honest best to work with you to repair your vehicle(s). I used to only go to the dealer for service but they can’t compete with these guys. Please keep up the good work!! And, thank you for all your hard work on my car!
I found a nail in my tire on my way to an appointment! Several of my colleagues referred me to PC in Hockessin, which is very close to our office. I walked in and was greeted by Matt and explained my situation to him. He addressed my problem and got me in and out very quickly! I truly appreciated the promptness of service and the friendliness of Matt and the other staff members! We are very grateful to have such a friendly and helpful business in Hockessin! I would give 6 stars if I could! Thank you so much!
Paul Campanella’s customer service is exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to fix my car on a very short notice. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that is trustworthy and offers reasonable prices. Their shuttle drivers are very professional and friendly.
This establishment is full of absolute angels!!! One week ago, I was stranded on the side of the road within walking distance of Paul Campanella's in Hockessin. I walked over to the store and was greeted by Jake at the front desk. I explained my situation and asked if I could borrow a pair of jumper cables. I had such a great experience at Paul Campanella’s Auto & Tire Center in Hockessin! I came in after running over a nail, and they not only removed it and plugged the tire, but also did it at no charge. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with coffee, tea, and water available. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future auto needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
