Paul Campanella’s Auto Centers is top choice for my household’s vehicles. The customer service is exceptional and they are extremely accommodating and do their honest best to work with you to repair your vehicle(s). I used to only go to the dealer for service but they can’t compete with these guys. Please keep up the good work!! And, thank you for all your hard work on my car!
Hands down the best place to get your car serviced. Jake came to the rescue when I could not get there to pick up my car and delivered it to my house. They are honest, send you a report with pictures then call and go over everything with you. Pricing is fair and the workmanship is outstanding. Jake is hands down the best service advisor anywhere.
I have gone several times for planned services. I absolutely love these folks. They are super friendly, efficient, and get me where I need to be every time. I use them for my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles. Please share with Stuart and Jake as we appreciate their attitude as well as the great service! They have more locations as well, so my message to anyone reading this is simple. Stop dragging your feet and call them when you need service for any of your vehicle needs. They are wonderful!
My little brothers car broke down not far from here and I stopped in to see if I could grab a bottle of coolant. All of the staff was super friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Facility was clean and air conditioned and they hooked me up with a bottle and let me know that I could stop by afterwards to get it checked on or topped up. I randomly got a flat tire on the way to work and needed a fix. I didn't manage to get to the shop until close, but nonetheless throughout that day and the following morning, all of the staff were top notch! Jake, Tariq, and Stuart were intent on making sure I had everything I needed and got my car back to me in a flash. Such nice lads! Also, might I add, the complimentary shuttle service is wonderful to and from the shop. My fix had to carry over to the following day and I live in Newark.
