Mike’s was great to work with. Friendly and upfront with the pricing of my services. They ended up needing to hold onto my vehicle an extra day to ensure the leaking valve gaskets were fixed, which was no issue since they had given me a free loaner car. Would recommend anyone to come here for service!
Michael, Adam, and the team were wonderful to work with. They communicate with you every step of the way from initial quote requests to providing clear documentation with photos so you can see and understand any issues with your vehicle. highly recommended I needed assistance finding a place that had knowledge of rodent tape because my vehicle kept getting ruined by rodent damage. Also, they have loaner cars available. Highly recommended very nice. They thoroughly go over your car complementary inspection. Highly would recommend them. i’m happy to say that I found a new place to bring my vehicle to for future maintenance needs.
Staff were very friendly and kind considering my situation. I took my old 2008 ford escape in that required a lot of work, that I ultimately decided to get rid of, but the staff provided me a detailed report of what was wrong and stayed in touch with me before doing any mechanical repairs. I appreciate their service and communication. It was very easy to have my car dropped off and inspected the next day. Best auto shop I have been to. I will be back for any future car needs!
Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available.
