Mike’s was great to work with. Friendly and upfront with the pricing of my services. They ended up needing to hold onto my vehicle an extra day to ensure the leaking valve gaskets were fixed, which was no issue since they had given me a free loaner car. Would recommend anyone to come here for service!
Staff were very friendly and kind considering my situation. I took my old 2008 ford escape in that required a lot of work, that I ultimately decided to get rid of, but the staff provided me a detailed report of what was wrong and stayed in touch with me before doing any mechanical repairs. I appreciate their service and communication. It was very easy to have my car dropped off and inspected the next day. Best auto shop I have been to. I will be back for any future car needs!
Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available. Ten stars would be more appropriate, a great group of very customer service oriented people. Professional service with great communication. I have found a place I can trust that takes care of me. They offered a courtesy car free of charge while mine was being serviced. Highly recommend on every level!
Started going to mikes last year and miles better than any chain auto shop. They provide a link for you to review any work that is needed and they are very transparent. Awesome team and very professional. I don’t really write reviews ever, but they deserved this 100%.
