Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available. Just needed help installing my third Break light. They helped me to put it on and did not charge me for it. I am thankful I have brought my car here for service. Mike also sells amazing used cars. What a repair shop, best in town.
It has been a couple weeks since I made my first and only (so far) visit to Mike's but I've felt compelled ever since to take the time to let others know what I think of them. I had noticed a fast leak in one of my tires on my truck. I called around to see which automotive repair business was available to make a tire repair. Had a lot of work done as a first time customer and they were fair with pricing. They do a great job of communicating the issues and their recommendations without the high pressure sales tactics, and then provided updates as the work was being done. And when they say they want each customer to be 100% satisfied, they really mean it.
