I have used Mike’s Motor Zone for all maintenance and repairs on my Lexus for over two years now. They have always been very efficient and friendly with their services provided, and I have never had an issue with any of the work done. They also keep you posted on the status of the work being performed, and if scheduled ahead, can provide a loaner car. I moved, and Mike's was the only garage close to my new home. I was impressed by the Google reviews, so I scheduled my inspection. Every step of the experience was easy and pleasant, from scheduling online, to confirming, to dropping off, to making decisions about work to be done. They were very communicative and were clear about my options. Bought a 2021 Forester Sport that needed a bunch of maintenance. They walked me through step by step on the phone what needed to be done. Every question answered with compassion and understanding. Adam and Mike took extremely good care of my car. They completed lots of delayed maintenance plus inspections. They provided a courtesy vehicle so I didn't miss work. They communicated well with a quote before starting work. They're polite, knowledable professionals. They enrolled me in a rewards program and I earned enough points to get my next oil change free!
Ten stars would be more appropriate, a great group of very customer service oriented people. Professional service with great communication. I have found a place I can trust that takes care of me.
