Glad we found our new car shop! Adam and Mike were both amazing to work with. We received a detailed breakdown of recommendations once our vehicle was serviced. Mike was extremely helpful breaking everything down and going over what might need taken care of ASAP and what might be done down the road. Was also pleasantly surprised when I went to pay and was told I had almost $50 in rewards money!
Mike’s was great to work with. Friendly and upfront with the pricing of my services. They ended up needing to hold onto my vehicle an extra day to ensure the leaking valve gaskets were fixed, which was no issue since they had given me a free loaner car. Would recommend anyone to come here for service!
Michael, Adam, and the team were wonderful to work with. They communicate with you every step of the way from initial quote requests to providing clear documentation with photos so you can see and understand any issues with your vehicle. highly recommended I needed assistance finding a place that had knowledge of rodent tape because my vehicle kept getting ruined by rodent damage. Also, they have loaner cars available. Highly recommended very nice. They thoroughly go over your car complementary inspection. Highly would recommend them. i’m happy to say that I found a new place to bring my vehicle to for future maintenance needs.
Staff were very friendly and kind considering my situation. I took my old 2008 ford escape in that required a lot of work, that I ultimately decided to get rid of, but the staff provided me a detailed report of what was wrong and stayed in touch with me before doing any mechanical repairs. I appreciate their service and communication. It was very easy to have my car dropped off and inspected the next day. Best auto shop I have been to. I will be back for any future car needs!
