Glad we found our new car shop! Adam and Mike were both amazing to work with. We received a detailed breakdown of recommendations once our vehicle was serviced. Mike was extremely helpful breaking everything down and going over what might need taken care of ASAP and what might be done down the road. Was also pleasantly surprised when I went to pay and was told I had almost $50 in rewards money!
Mike’s was great to work with. Friendly and upfront with the pricing of my services. They ended up needing to hold onto my vehicle an extra day to ensure the leaking valve gaskets were fixed, which was no issue since they had given me a free loaner car. Would recommend anyone to come here for service!
Michael, Adam, and the team were wonderful to work with. They communicate with you every step of the way from initial quote requests to providing clear documentation with photos so you can see and understand any issues with your vehicle. I went to Mike's Motor Zone for the first time & was very pleased with the service they did on my "old" Saturn. For months, I was getting a run around from where I used to take my car for service & Mike's got the part delivered & repaired in 1 day! highly recommended I needed assistance finding a place that had knowledge of rodent tape because my vehicle kept getting ruined by rodent damage. Also, they have loaner cars available. Highly recommended very nice. They thoroughly go over your car complementary inspection. Highly would recommend them. i’m happy to say that I found a new place to bring my vehicle to for future maintenance needs.
