Bought a 2021 Forester Sport that needed a bunch of maintenance. They walked me through step by step on the phone what needed to be done. Every question answered with compassion and understanding. Not a dollar was wasted. If you live in the Lancaster area and need work done, take it to these guys. They go above and beyond. Thanks to Mike and Adam. You guys rock.

Ten stars would be more appropriate, a great group of very customer service oriented people. Professional service with great communication. I have found a place I can trust that takes care of me. They offered a courtesy car free of charge while mine was being serviced. Highly recommend on every level!

Started going to mikes last year and miles better than any chain auto shop. They provide a link for you to review any work that is needed and they are very transparent. Awesome team and very professional. I don’t really write reviews ever, but they deserved this 100%.

Glad we found our new car shop! Adam and Mike were both amazing to work with. We received a detailed breakdown of recommendations once our vehicle was serviced. Mike was extremely helpful breaking everything down and going over what might need taken care of ASAP and what might be done down the road. Was also pleasantly surprised when I went to pay and was told I had almost $50 in rewards money!

After I went to the Honda dealer for 10+ years over the course of 2 cars they priced me out of their market. I set out to find a small shop that I could trust. MMZ had great reviews. Gave them a chance....loaner car, awesome communication, updates during work..just a wonderful experience. Will use them in the future without hesitation.
