Really appreciated how friendly and communicative the employees were! They explained everything very thoroughly and I really loved that you got actual photo updates indicating all of the things that were checked during your service. This was one of the first times coming out of a car service where I didn’t feel like someone was trying to sell me on something or talk me into needing to do something with my car. They explained what work would need to be done in the future but never pressured me into doing it day of.
The short review: My car was handled by Adam and I had a great experience, would recommend this shop to anybody! He took a lot of effort to be transparent, communicative, informative and helpful. I felt like the service was incredibly honest and that I was not pressured into any decision making. The service was fast and the cost was competitive. I have been going to Mike's Auto Zone to have my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee inspected for two years now. In addition to the inspection and emissions testing I opted for the Comprehensive Courtesy Inspection and Quality Check Inspection due to the age of the vehicle. I wasn't sold anything I didn't need, but what I did get was peace of mind knowing that I am driving a reliable vehicle because I feel that I can trust this shop to take good care of it. Mike is a wonderful communicator. He explained everything thoroughly and was very kind. Car maintenance was completed timely with frequent updates. Will definitely be going back and referring to friends and family!
The service advisor Adam was very nice. The service technicians were very thorough in informing me of everything that needed to be done as well as anything that may need done in the near future. The services they performed were done quickly and efficiently. I feel that the price I paid was fair and I felt that they truly cared about my business and wanted to do their best to earn my trust. So far I am very satisfied and plan to come back with my other vehicles when they need service.
