I went to Mike's Motor Zone for the first time & was very pleased with the service they did on my "old" Saturn. For months, I was getting a run around from where I used to take my car for service & Mike's got the part delivered & repaired in 1 day! I didn't think my Subaru Outback was climbing the mountains of West Virginia as well as it should have been. I stopped at Mike's Motor Zone because I always see Subarus for sale on his front line and I knew it would be the place to have my car serviced. I spoke with Mike about changing the CVT fluid in my Subaru. Mike explained the whole process and I learned some things about my Subaru transmission that I didn't know. Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available. It has been a couple weeks since I made my first and only (so far) visit to Mike's but I've felt compelled ever since to take the time to let others know what I think of them. I had noticed a fast leak in one of my tires on my truck. I called around to see which automotive repair business was available to make a tire repair. I was able to schedule easily online. The information provided after my car was finished was thorough and impressive. The mechanic Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone when making decisions for services. We are very pleased we chose Mike’s Motor Zone and will definitely be returning in the future!
