I didn't think my Subaru Outback was climbing the mountains of West Virginia as well as it should have been. Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available. I was able to schedule easily online. The information provided after my car was finished was thorough and impressive. The mechanic Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone when making decisions for services. We are very pleased we chose Mike’s Motor Zone and will definitely be returning in the future!

It has been a couple weeks since I made my first and only (so far) visit to Mike's but I've felt compelled ever since to take the time to let others know what I think of them. I had noticed a fast leak in one of my tires on my truck. I called around to see which automotive repair business was available to make a tire repair. Others didn't have the staff or the ability to address my issue however when I called Mike's; he said 'sure, we can help you out; come on by'! quite honestly, Mike's is the only repair service that has earned our implicit trust. We have several older vehicals and i wouldnt even attempt to go anywhere else after the experiances we had elsewhere until we finally wised-up and gave our neighborhood friends (Mike's) a chance to earn our business and my gosh they have done that x10.
