Great customer service, friendly honest and understanding.
Always great value, always great customer service
Little longer than normal oil change, but the quality is 100% worth the wait! They clarified exactly what I needed done and took pictures of a few things they let me know might need repair in the future. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
I called in the morning because my car wouldn't start. I called Hometown and talked with Matt who was very accommodating and once he confirmed they had the replacement battery in stock, said they could fix it immediately. Once I got my car there, they took it right away as it was a small job and it was done in 30 minutes. They also noticed a headlight was out which they also replaced. This level of service is what I've come to expect from many years of experience. They are extremely service oriented with very fair pricing.
Seamlessly coordinated for diagnostics, with getting my permission for maintenance and repairs, getting signoff on prices involved, updating me on time estimate for obtaining parts, letting me know work had commenced, updating work was done, invoicing, and giving me keybox info for retrieving my car. Very impressive! Would like to talk more with the humans involved when possible, but I didn't have time to for this visit, and I'm so impressed with their streamlined process and with Jenn in particular!
Service here is always great, to arrange an appointment you can easily do it via their website or phone call, either way is easy to get it. I've been a customer for 3 years and there is no way I'm looking for another place to get my cars served.

Fantastic experience! The process was incredibly professional but the attention was warm and personable. They sent pictures, updates and explanations through the whole process and made it easy for me to opt out of anything I didn't want. They also made it easy for me to add on anything I did. In person they were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They've earned my business, I will be sending my family to them too!
The customer service here is unbeatable! They have gone above and beyond for me today recommending a shop that specializes in rims to get my tire fixed. I appreciate their honestly and will only be coming here for my vehicle going forward!
