We have Jaguar 2007 convertible- love this car , jaguar green ,tan interior ❤️runs Beautifully …. The AC was leaking and needed general maintenance service. I found HM motor works on line and read wonderful reviews on foreign car work - Jaguars specifically. Once again the level of service at HM Motor Works has been great ! This time it was a simple oil and filter change for my 17 year old Toyota. The team went over recommend maintenance needed to keep my car running for years to come. No pressure. Now I can schedule the services needed as my budget allows. I thank the team for their honesty and great work keeping my old Toyota running like new.
We had an amazing experience with HM. My 11 year old Avalanche experienced a check engine light and then lost all oil pressure. I had to have my truck towed to HM on a weekend. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they took me in with out delay. What I loved most about HM was their diagnostic email they sent with an explanation of what happened and that a service adviser would call to follow up to review. My car’s battery light came on. I had it towed to HM Motorworks in Merrimack NH. HM Motorworks sent me a text message that showed what their inspection of my vehicle revealed. The program they use to show you is cool - I even showed it to my co-workers. It was very easy to understand. Then they sent another message that showed the cost to have the various repairs done, and I could choose accept or decline. The service is excellent. I really appreciate HM Motor Works. I'm very impressed. The cost of their services is very competitive. I had a complete differential service. I checked prices on line and it said this Service could cost between 1500.00 and 4000.00. We paid 1200.00. Impressive! ! ! I really did not feel ripped off like you do with some automotive businesses. I walked away with a very positive opinion of this business. I strongly recommend them for anyone needing automotive services.
