Scheduling was easy and everyone very professional on call and at checkin. Car was completed on time and was provided great info on all work completed and other work due to vehicle maintenance scheduled may be needed soon. I definitely will bring other family vehicles here for future maintenance needs.
Went in for a pre-purchase inspection which was reasonably priced yet also very thorough, and apparently they have some solid cred with the dealership, who will be making all the repairs they recommended. Friendly staff too. Will definitely keep them in mind for future services if I end up moving to that part of the state.
I brought my 911 here for a tire balance and an alignment after having no luck with other shops being able to align the car correctly. They did a great job getting the car to drive straight and feel stable again. The shop is very clean, the customer service was fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable when compared to just about any other high end shop. They even have after hours drop off and pick up. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their car cared for by professionals.
I brought my car in for a last minute inspection and oil change today. This was my first time at HM Motors. Everything was fantastic. Price of the oil change was $40 less than I normally pay, the staff fit me in at the last minute and got me out the door on time for work. The waiting area was wonderful-snacks, coffee and comfy chairs. I will certainly be a return customer. Thanks HM Motors.
Consistently happy with the service, they crammed my car in last minute today as i was low on coolant, and completely saved me such a headache. Always great customer service, and the military discount is unique to HM. Thanks for everything !
