My 2024 Lotus Emira had a brake pad defect and rattle in front. Closest dealer is Chicago, best service is Indianapolis. Other Lotus owners I know have had their cars serviced here and were very happy. Eurotech replaced the defective brake pads, resurfaced a rotor, and solved the rattle problem for less than the cost of a round trip to the dealer. If you live in metro MSP, want a Lotus, but hesitate due to lack of dealer support just buy one. Eurotech has your back!!
Eurotech was recommended and they did not disappoint. They diagnosed the problem and called within a couple of hours. The parts came in early and they had the car back to normal in 1 day. They even provided a loaner for me at no cost. Their prices were amazing and way cheaper than the dealership. I will continue to use Eurotech from now on!
These guys are very meticulous and thorough they blew my mind with there service and they are %100 the people you go to if you need any work done on European autos. They are knowledgeable and do not cut corners or skip over things this is the most brutal honesty I've ever seen from a shop. These guys know what there doing and deserve 5 stars 🤝🤟
I took my Tesla in for an alignment service, as another outfit that sold me new tires neglected to tell me that they wouldn’t do that. As soon as I pulled up, I sensed top-notch service. The facility was spotless, the service staff was courteous and very knowledgeable, and the customer lounge well stocked and equipped. They got the job done in the estimated timeframe and gave me useful suggestions re: other items. I’m taking my car back there for some additional cosmetic work soon. Thank you for a great shop experience!
