I wish I would've found this shop earlier. They gave me a real diagnosis of what was wrong with my Q7 and didn't sugar coat anything. Additionally, they took very detailed photos and explained what was going on. Unfortunately another shop already took $3215 of my money to repair something and found out its still not fixed. I have a 2013 Mercedes ML350 that developed a major electrical issue—all the electrical components stopped working, and the car became undrivable due to malfunction codes. With 285,000 miles on it, I didn’t want to spend a fortune on repairs, but I still needed it to run properly. The team at this shop really worked with me to fix only what was necessary, and they did an excellent job. Great group of professionals—highly recommended for anyone dealing with European car electrical issues!
Eurotech was recommended and they did not disappoint. They diagnosed the problem and called within a couple of hours. The parts came in early and they had the car back to normal in 1 day. They even provided a loaner for me at no cost. Their prices were amazing and way cheaper than the dealership. I will continue to use Eurotech from now on!
We went in for an alignment and the service was trustworthy, fair-priced and friendly. We waited in the comfortable waiting area, however, they offer loaners and a shuttle service. We will be back again.
Very friendly, prices are reasonable compared to the dealership. They don’t push a bunch of things it needed on you. Feel very comfortable with them working on my 2020 Mercedes.
