First interaction with Eurotech was a bit of an emergency situation. They handled it fantastically, and got me in quickly for diagnosis and repair. Was really impressed by the variety of cars they service from high end European cars to the pedestrian models. They were pretty thorough with the Repair inspection and weren’t super pushy about repairs and understood my situation, the car is old and high mileage and 3 months from replacement. These guys are the best! Have tried a number of non-dealer locations for my old BMW Z4, and they rise above the rest, both in terms of delivery on what they are fixing, but communication and pricing. Had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and they went deep to understand and fix my issues. Will go back for all additional work that I am needing to get done.
Making the appointment online was super easy. Customer service was great before, during and after. Jordan was awesome and Matt was great with the updates. Would definitely recommend this place for your German car needs. They also provided a service loaner to use for the day. Will be coming back in the future.
Honest and reasonable! Took my car to Eurotech after getting a very high quote for repairs from the dealer. Their inspection found much more serious issues than what the dealer inspection reported. Was able to prioritize the work needed with them and the final price actually came in lower than estimates. Great service, will be coming back!
