First interaction with Eurotech was a bit of an emergency situation. They handled it fantastically, and got me in quickly for diagnosis and repair. Was really impressed by the variety of cars they service from high end European cars to the pedestrian models. They were pretty thorough with the Repair inspection and weren’t super pushy about repairs and understood my situation, the car is old and high mileage and 3 months from replacement. Excellent Shop, highly professional, they actually allowed me in the bay to discuss issues with the technician and look at potential preventative maintenance opportunities. They took a tremendous amount of time to explain to me all the issues associated with keeping my car for many many thousands of miles.
Wonderful service and constant communication. Matt & Jorden quickly returned my calls and answered all of my questions. The repairs were done on time and because of the constant feed back, there were no surprises when it came time to pick up my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop for your foreign car repair needs.
These guys are the best! Have tried a number of non-dealer locations for my old BMW Z4, and they rise above the rest, both in terms of delivery on what they are fixing, but communication and pricing. Had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and they went deep to understand and fix my issues. Will go back for all additional work that I am needing to get done.
This shop is top notch. Their attention to detail and passing that information along to the customer is beyond awesome. I've been in twice for service work and questions and the information they come back with is nothing less that exceptional and informative.
