Jordan and Service Team at EuroTech in Burnsville have been servicing my 2013 Audi Q5 for some time now. They are very detailed oriented I really like how they show you everything with photos and explanations on your vehicles health and safety. Recently went there for some electrical sensors tripping on and off specially ESP and Tire Pressure monitoring system glitching. First interaction with Eurotech was a bit of an emergency situation. They handled it fantastically, and got me in quickly for diagnosis and repair. Was really impressed by the variety of cars they service from high end European cars to the pedestrian models. They were pretty thorough with the Repair inspection and weren’t super pushy about repairs and understood my situation, the car is old and high mileage and 3 months from replacement. These guys are the best! Have tried a number of non-dealer locations for my old BMW Z4, and they rise above the rest, both in terms of delivery on what they are fixing, but communication and pricing. Had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and they went deep to understand and fix my issues. Will go back for all additional work that I am needing to get done.
This shop is top notch. Their attention to detail and passing that information along to the customer is beyond awesome.
