I went to Eurotech auto service to get an estimate and second opinion on my Audi. I was very impressed with the customer service that Joe and his team provided. They were very thoughtful and explained to me what needs to be done urgently and what can wait. I appreciated the transparency, communication and attention given to me and others I witnessed. I am going back. I believe they are going to do an excellent job.
I payed 600 dollars for a battery, and inspection. I got both but I also would’ve liked to have been wined and dined before I got….you know. And the battery didn’t even clear the codes they said the previous was one causing. So I have a new battery, engine codes still there, and I’m out 600 dollars. There “inspection” is telling you whatever the see as your car goes up on the lift it’s not even a real top to bottom inspection, they didn’t even check my tires, the tires are older than 9/11 are “dangerous” to drive on. I’ve been bringing my car to Eurotech for years and always have great service. I really appreciate that they offer a ride or a loaner car if the repair is going to take a while. I’ve referred others here and they also have had a good experience. Highly recommend them.
I am not being picky here , but it just seems like this business lacks integrity and trust. On call I was very clear on scope of inspections and what I am paying for . Steve there said they will have a chemical to degrease first and then pressure wash and then have tech drive a bit to identify all leaks. When I picked up car , the engine was not even washed , degrease. Your tech just did a visual inspections only. I think this was breach of trust. I called to shop prices to replace a broken key fob. I quickly received a call back from Joe - The Store Manager. He genuinely cared about helping me. Great service, extremely helpful techs and very quick turn-around.
