My first experience at EuroTech was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, which made our conversation flow easily. First time at Eurotech, and I ended up with a strange problem because my transmission cover was leaking fluid. As I could tell this was a newer issue to solve, Alex admitted it, but kept me in the loop through the whole process. I know it ended up being A LOT more time and parts for them, but Alex honored his original estimate, which was definitely "doing the right thing" by me. They really went the extra mile with me, and that means a lot. They actually did more than the dealership would have done. I recommend them!
I would say one of the best mechanics I have ever met over 15 years of my BMW life. I was looking for an inspection on BMW X1. Alex and his team did a wonderful job with the inspection. Provided details on every aspect of the inspection beforehand and detailed summary after the inspection. If you are looking for a BMW inspection (any other car for that matter) in the twin cities, Eurotech Woodbury is THE place. Once again, the team at Eurotech has done wonders on my 2016 Volkswagen Passat. I have encountered numerous mechanical issues with this particular brand of car. It got to the point I no longer entrusted the Volkswagen dealership to handle such tasks. I will not bring my car to any other shop, but Eurotech continuing forward. For more time extensive work, they are dependable with providing me a quality loaner car with no hassles. I highly recommend them to anyone I know, especially those with European/foreign vehicles.
I have always had a great experience working with the people at Eurotech. I have been going to the New Brighton location for about 20 years. They are always knowledgeable, trustworthy, and straight forward. Only gave 4 stars because it took a little longer than normal to get car back, but they did give me loaner car for part of the time the 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman was getting fixed up.
