First time at Eurotech, and I ended up with a strange problem because my transmission cover was leaking fluid. As I could tell this was a newer issue to solve, Alex admitted it, but kept me in the loop through the whole process. I know it ended up being A LOT more time and parts for them, but Alex honored his original estimate, which was definitely "doing the right thing" by me. They really went the extra mile with me, and that means a lot. They actually did more than the dealership would have done. I recommend them!
Called them up for yearly maintenance/inspection/oil change on my new-to-me 911. Friendly, easy to deal with and got me a timely service appt. Waited in their nice facility while work was done. Got a nice report and reasonable/correct recommendations for near term/next time work. Price was decent (for a Porsche). Will definitely return in the future.
My Eurotech (Woodbury location) experience was awesome. Alex was my service advisor and he did a great job of communicating the work to be done and the timeline of the repairs. They were able to save me at least $1000 for the same repairs quoted by the dealer. I will be calling on them again for future issues and will be recommending them to others. I had the most, and I mean, the most positive experience at Eurotech in Woodbury. It is clear, Alex, and the team, take pride in their work, give excellent recommendations, as well as, value their customers. Just moved to Minnesota and didn't know what shop to go with anymore for my '18 Audi S4. Heard about these guys at a couple car meets and decided to give them a shot. They're super easy to set up appointments thru their site. Dropping off my car was quick and easy. They were quick with the communication of when my car was done as well.
