These guys are just the best. The most friendly, kind, and quick service. I had an issue with a cracked outer case on my driver’s side mirror. The Subaru dealer wanted to charge me $800 to repair - Carlos, John, and Johnathan told me that was crazy and they glued the cracked case back onto my mirror - for FREE! So grateful to have this auto shop in the neighborhood and for their genuine kindness. I have always taken my car to the Honda dealership, but, my last visit made me question their explanation of an issue I had mentioned. I took my car to Encinitas Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair for my Smog Check, and found that I will now be taking my car there in the future. Called for a quote on a coolant flush for my Mercedes GLC - spoke to Jonathan who was informative helpful and provided great customer service. Then was taken care of by Carlos the morning of my appointment who was just so kind and let me know that their shuttle can take me and pick me up from home after my vehicle was complete. 10/10
I was need of a new battery. As I am from out of state, I want sure where to go. I happen to walk in this establishment thinking it was another business I was looking for next door. I decided to do business with this place anyway. I did so because of the courtesy and kindness I was shown. They were efficient and got to my car very quickly, no waiting. Yes, I could have found a lesser price, but I felt the service received was well worth the price.
I had issues with my car’s AC all summer long but was honestly hesitant to take it anywhere because of previous bad experiences with other shops.
