I recently brought my Ford Explorer in for service and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The service was completed on time. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the thorough inspection they performed. It’s great to know my Explorer is in good hands. Highly recommend this service center!

I had issues with my car’s AC all summer long but was honestly hesitant to take it anywhere because of previous bad experiences with other shops. The nicest people you'll ever experience at a car repair place. For my last two visits I have stayed in the shop waiting for my car and I must say they're the most polite and knowledgeable men and women providing the best customer service one could ever imagine. Their demeanor might even make even a 30,000 mile service somewhat palatable.
