I was need of a new battery. As I am from out of state, I want sure where to go. I happen to walk in this establishment thinking it was another business I was looking for next door. I decided to do business with this place anyway. I did so because of the courtesy and kindness I was shown. They were efficient and got to my car very quickly, no waiting. Yes, I could have found a lesser price, but I felt the service received was well worth the price.
I had issues with my car’s AC all summer long but was honestly hesitant to take it anywhere because of previous bad experiences with other shops. I didn’t know what the problem was or how expensive it might be, until someone recommended Encinitas Foreign and Domestic Auto Repair Shop, and I’m so glad I went! My AC was blowing warm air for months, and now it works perfectly, so well that I only need it on the lowest setting, and it’s more than enough. The nicest people you'll ever experience at a car repair place. For my last two visits I have stayed in the shop waiting for my car and I must say they're the most polite and knowledgeable men and women providing the best customer service one could ever imagine. Their demeanor might even make even a 30,000 mile service somewhat palatable.
This place is the absolute best auto repair in Encinitas. I told Dori and Carlos that I was leaving for Las Vegas the next morning and they made sure to take care of me despite their very busy schedule. The staff there are the friendliest you could ever hope to meet. They fixed my car, which was having engine turbo problems for a year, and it now runs perfectly.
