Encinitas Foreign and Domestic Auto Repair has excellent customer service, keeping me very well informed every step of the way while my car was in for repair. After all their hard work I was surprised by the unbelievably reasonable price for the work done. Now my car is running well with no issues, and for half the price I was expecting. I avoid my dealerships shop and come here instead for fair and better work.
I had an amazing experience with this place! The service was top-notch, the prices were fair, and the repairs were done quickly. From the moment I walked in, John, the service advisor, kept me in the loop with regular updates. And Edgar, the technician, was a real pro when it came to fixing my coolant leak. I highly recommend this place for any car repairs you need.
Excellent service and wonderful, friendly people! Initially found it through Lavon, and he was great. Found him at this new spot, and was amazed by how accommodating and nice the staff treated us - we talked to Ms. Dori and Ed. The service was done quickly and my car was washed afterwards. Could not have even gotten that down at with the dealership. Quick turnaround and a job well-done! Will definitely come back for future concerns with my car.
The word NO is not in their vocabulary! They are always glad to help me without an appointment. Dory is so nice and accommodating. My car was in and out in less than an hour. I’ve been going to them for years for smog tests. Highly recommended!
