I have always taken my car to the Honda dealership, but, my last visit made me question their explanation of an issue I had mentioned. I was need of a new battery. As I am from out of state, I want sure where to go. I happen to walk in this establishment thinking it was another business I was looking for next door. I decided to do business with this place anyway. I did so because of the courtesy and kindness I was shown. They were efficient and got to my car very quickly, no waiting. Yes, I could have found a lesser price, but I felt the service received was well worth the price.

The nicest people you'll ever experience at a car repair place. For my last two visits I have stayed in the shop waiting for my car and I must say they're the most polite and knowledgeable men and women providing the best customer service one could ever imagine. Their demeanor might even make even a 30,000 mile service somewhat palatable.
This place is the absolute best auto repair in Encinitas. I told Dori and Carlos that I was leaving for Las Vegas the next morning and they made sure to take care of me despite their very busy schedule. The staff there are the friendliest you could ever hope to meet. They fixed my car, which was having engine turbo problems for a year, and it now runs perfectly.
