I recently moved to the area, and did not know where to take my car when it broke down. After having a very poor experience elsewhere, I had my car towed here. They were very accommodating. The tech Jason took a look at my car, and immediately knew the solution. I highly highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for an experienced, honest, trustworthy shop.

I’ve been taking my Mercedez to Encinitas foreign auto for many years now. By far, the best customer service and honesty in the business. Carlos and Lavar are beyond helpful. Just recently, I had two separate problems with my vehicle and they acted with an integrity and honesty which is not always the case with auto repair shops or dealerships as we all know. Encinitas Foreign and Domestic have provided great service over 6 years. Their attention and customer service is excellent. I always use their free ride service, Tino is kind, professional and friendly. I left for a couple of years based on a friends recommendation for her guy but much farther away, in Clairmont Mesa and they were good. But Encinitas Foreign and Domestic were right in line with all pricing so I came back. All their guys are awesome but Jonathan is the best 👍

Called for a quote on a coolant flush for my Mercedes GLC - spoke to Jonathan who was informative helpful and provided great customer service. Then was taken care of by Carlos the morning of my appointment who was just so kind and let me know that their shuttle can take me and pick me up from home after my vehicle was complete. 10/10

I was need of a new battery. As I am from out of state, I want sure where to go. I happen to walk in this establishment thinking it was another business I was looking for next door. I decided to do business with this place anyway. I did so because of the courtesy and kindness I was shown. They were efficient and got to my car very quickly, no waiting. Yes, I could have found a lesser price, but I felt the service received was well worth the price.
