RecommendedThey are highly professional and transparent. This shop does great work and cares about quality-I had to get a new transmission for my Volt and they rejected the refurbished parts they originally ordered because it was not good enough. They made sure the one they got was good enough for the 3 year warranty. I also love how they photo and video everything and explain it. Such great customer service, highly recommend.

RecommendedI personally haven't been to this establishment (yet), but a few years back the owner (Chris) was one of my instructors when I was in the Automotive program at GWC. This man is incrdibally knowledgeable and very personable, I learned a lot in his class. Anyways, for that reason, I highly recommend this place. There are a lot of hacks out there, but these guys are the real deal.

RecommendedOut here in NJ my 2006 Prius's hybrid battery suddenly kicked the bucket, as they do at 150k miles. With a rebuild kit shipped quickly from Electron, I was back on the road in a few days. Great installation instruction video, and a fun project quite manageable for a do-it-yourselfer.
RecommendedDon't know why I haven't done this yet... Chris and his team at Electron automotive are the best... hands down. I'll never forget one of the first times I visited - AC down on an old Benz. Everyone else wanted a quick fix... "buy a new compressor.." Chris rebuilt it at half the price. That's the stuff you don't forget.

Run!!!! Seriously! Christian told me to bring my Chevy Volt in and it would be a $150 Diagnostics fee. I drove 20 miles in afternoon traffic. They would tell me why the car was not charging. Bait and Switch! I arrive and he would ONLY do the diagnostics AFTER he did a "Bumper to Bumper" inspection! I have no interest in having people go all through my car when Nothing is wrong but the AC charging! He claimed it was a Liability issue.
