Lynn and her husband who was the technician who found and fixed the issue with my car were AMAZING. They got it to me Thursday night because I didn’t want her driving to meet me during the snow storm. It ended up being the turbo after they took off the intake manifold gasket. Taking a vehicle to any shop for the first time is always nerve wracking. Hoping you get an honest opinion, hoping they get it right. Well I can honestly say this has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end. They made sure I understood what was going on. I already made another appointment for my wife's vehicle.
Regardless of how minimal or complex the repair, Reed provides an extremely honest and a thorough explanation of what needs to be done. In my last visit, I had a check engine light come on for my Mercedes Benz E550. I had been given the run around from other shops for what was creating the issue.
