Big thanks to Desert Car Care for their friendly and fast service. I drive for Uber and in the middle of giving a ride my serpentine belt ripped. Once I was able to pull over my engine was steaming hot, no AC working, and low battery indicator. When I opened the hood I quickly noticed the problem. I thank God a reputable place like Desert Car Care was only a mile away. Stapley Car Care in Chandler has a great team. The people at the front desk are courteous and they kept me updated on everything. They are extremely lucky to have Matt for a mechanic, and I insist that he is the only one to work on my car. He diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and after he made the repairs, my car runs like brand new. Thank you guys! 5 Stars

Had my ac repaired. Air blows nice and cold however, they forgot to reconnect my alternator. I was stranded 30 miles from home with my daughter in this Arizona heat. I ended up having to call a towing company on a Sunday. Ended up having to take time off work Monday only to find out it could have been avoided. Update - I was contacted by the shop and everything was made good. I would totally recommend this shop. Their customer service is without a doubt the best!

Worked with gentlemen names Adam. Adam was very nice and up front. They sent me the appraisal for what needed to be done. Some things I allowed and the main issue that I went in for I chose to do it myself. They still recommend me to do what needed to be done but they did not make me feel guilty or pressure me into doing it. Their work was outstanding and definitely will be going back for future maintenance.

My day started with my car sounding like a diesel. It’s not a diesel. I called Stapley Car Care, Luis answered, after I told him my worry, he quickly told me to head there. After accessing my car they quickly found that my car was low by two quarts of oil. My oil light had not come on. Lesson: My car burns oil fast. I want to say Thank you! to Luis and crew. They were all so polite, informative and kind. Kudos to them, my car sounds better. I totally recommend them and will continue to take my car there for future care.
