Several years ago I took my car to a reputable auto repair for an after-purchase inspection. The inspection was done and report sent. The a/c wasnt working and I was told the entire system should be replaced for a very large expense. I sought another inspection from Desert Care Care, which found the fluid tank was empty, the connection to system was broken and was repaired for a small amount much less than previously given. They are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. They were thorough and professional and did not try to sell me services to my vehicle that I did not need. I appreciate that. This team was fantastic! Took time to answer all my questions regarding a recent repair for my best friend. I wanted to make sure they took care of all the issues and ran all the proper diagnostics for her. They were very thorough with their repair procedures and tests after the new transmission was installed. She safely made it back to the East Coast! Thank you guys for the fantastic customer service!
We take both our vehicles here, a subaru and an old Jeep. They are quick, honest, and always do an amazing job. Both of my vehicles needed some work after surviving a winter in another state. They were so helpful and were honest with me when I asked questions and what services could wait and what needed to be done. I am honestly so grateful to have found this place!! Pricing is fair enough, as cars are always expensive, in my opinion.
The shop identified a secondary problem with my vehicle and notified me asap. They supported their findings with photographs and worked to find parts and get me back on the road safely. They kept me in the loop and kept their word! Would highly recommend them!
