Several years ago I took my car to a reputable auto repair for an after-purchase inspection. The inspection was done and report sent. The a/c wasnt working and I was told the entire system should be replaced for a very large expense. I sought another inspection from Desert Care Care, which found the fluid tank was empty, the connection to system was broken and was repaired for a small amount much less than previously given. They’re very thorough and give you a report with photos and work that needs done. It’s pretty handy if you need to look back and reference any maintenance or repairs to look out for on your next visit. I have an older car and will always have a long list of “needs”, so unfortunately I can’t fix everything because I don’t have thousands of dollars haha, otherwise I would with these guys!
Desert Car Care Chandler is a 5 star facility. At your first impression, the showroom reflects a clean environment, service bays are neat and organized, and the staff are first rate. They are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. They were thorough and professional and did not try to sell me services to my vehicle that I did not need. I appreciate that. Great Service! AMAZING, TOP NOTCH AUTO MECHANICS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Went in for 2nd opinion and repair work for coolant leak. They were honest and straight to the point and was able to repair my issue at a reasonable price as well.
