This team was fantastic! Took time to answer all my questions regarding a recent repair for my best friend. I wanted to make sure they took care of all the issues and ran all the proper diagnostics for her. They were very thorough with their repair procedures and tests after the new transmission was installed. She safely made it back to the East Coast! Thank you guys for the fantastic customer service!
The shop identified a secondary problem with my vehicle and notified me asap. They supported their findings with photographs and worked to find parts and get me back on the road safely. They kept me in the loop and kept their word! Would highly recommend them!
I reluctantly went shopping for a good mechanic knowing there are sharks out there and you’re at their mercy. I had just purchased my new truck three weeks before and it started running rough and then wouldn’t run. Dan was very courteous and empathetic to my issue. He explained the charges and possibilities.
