I went in for a routine oil change and a vehicle inspection and from the moment I arrived I was immediately warmly welcomed by the front desk workers. The lobby is nice, clean and welcoming. Brad took care of me and he was AMAZING! After the inspection we found some issues with my car and Brad patiently dealt with me answered all my question and he contacted my insurance and made sure i was taken care of. Stopped by for mud shield check up. Great team of professionals helped me. Just given detailed info and quotes for me for replacement. Also did a small temporary fix for free until i decide to replace. Great experience overall.
I was in Chandler in between appointments (and out of the area from where I live) when several dash lights came on. After connecting by phone with the shop and explaining the issue they told me they thought I could make it the 1/2 mile over to have it diagnosed.
