Big thanks to Desert Car Care for their friendly and fast service. I drive for Uber and in the middle of giving a ride my serpentine belt ripped. Once I was able to pull over my engine was steaming hot, no AC working, and low battery indicator. When I opened the hood I quickly noticed the problem. First and foremost it takes a lot for me to submit a review for a location. I will say that Desert Car Care provided outstanding service. I was a first time customer and was recommended to come here . I came in with a 20 year old car that I had purchased and needed a starting point on what to repair. I called ahead to see if they could get me in for an oil change and Bradley was able to fit me in. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable to wait in. The staff were all pleasant and capable. I had to wait a little but understandable since they were working me in! Had a $25 coupon which was really nice and made the service even easier on the pocketbook!! Happy with the customer service I received.
Came in to get a driver's side mirror replaced. The work was done quickly and to perfection. My wait time was minimal and Matt my technician explained everything when the work was done. Will definitely return for any future services. Thank you for the great service.
I took my car in for an oil change. They handled it quickly and provided an inspection report, complete with photos. They let me know issues that needed to be addressed. No hard sell. Just let me decide if I wanted to take care of the additional items now or later. They even made arrangements for a ride to work and back again once the repairs were completed. It was so smooth. I will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend.
