I went in for a routine oil change and a vehicle inspection and from the moment I arrived I was immediately warmly welcomed by the front desk workers. The lobby is nice, clean and welcoming. Brad took care of me and he was AMAZING! After the inspection we found some issues with my car and Brad patiently dealt with me answered all my question and he contacted my insurance and made sure i was taken care of. Sharing a wonderful experience I just had with Desert Car Care Center of Chandler. From initial consultation with Brad and Cathie through tech work done by Tom, my entire experience was a positive one. They clearly diagnosed the problem, then communicated it to me with quotes price. No hidden surprise add ons. I finally found a car care center I can trust and use.
I have a positive experience every time I come here. The entire staff is knowledgeable, caring and does not try to sell you things you do not need. My initial estimate for everything that needed work was around 5k; Brad went through line by line with me over the phone to educate me on what needed repaired, helped me decide what could wait a few months, and what needed to be addressed immediately. Overall, the best auto place I’ve been to in the valley!
Stopped by for mud shield check up. Great team of professionals helped me. Just given detailed info and quotes for me for replacement. Also did a small temporary fix for free until i decide to replace. Great experience overall.
