I brought my truck in for new brakes, and reported a concern about the suspension as well. They thoroughly checked the suspension and found numerous problems. All repairs were done quickly and professionally. The truck rides like glass now, no rattles in the door, steering wheel, or seat. Very happy with the service.
We took our car to Stapley because check engine light came on. They got us in right away and found out that our battery wasn't registered. We have had previous oil changes with dealership so this shouldn't have been an issue. They called and re-registered our vehicle and got us all squared away. They took the time to figure out exactly what it was and didn't try to upsell or replace a battery that wasn't needed. Highly recommend and trust Stapley Car Care.

I brought my 2010 Prius in to correct an issue by another auto mechanic in Chandler (is it rude to name names...?), who had--deliberately and without my consent--switched my oil from the manufacturer recommended 0W-20 to a 5W-30 (His excuse? Arizona is a hotter state than where I moved from and therefore should have a thicker oil...). I really did not know how to handle that situation at the time.
