I brought my 1965 Porsche SC and everyone in the shop was very attentive and helpful. The mechanical problems were diagnosed, the parts were ordered, and the issues were fixed. At all times, Glenn was communicating and informing me of the progress. William, the mechanic was very personable and explain things to the detail. All I have is to say great things about my experience at Delta V RVA.
Fantastic experience. I’d given up on fixing my A/C a couple of years ago when the BMW dealership told me they couldn’t find a problem. I almost sold my car, thinking that was the only solution. I couldn’t take any more of this brutal heat so I gave it another try. Delta V is the PREMIER shop in the Richmond area for European cars. Everyone on their staff is great. I have a strange Swedish car that took me months to find parts for while dealing with personal issues at the same time, and they were nothing short of 100% accommodating and helpful. They’re all great people and great mechanics!
Took my daughter’s x5 in for a second opinion. Mike was super thorough & although the answer wasn't what I was hoping for, I was glad to feel like he was totally honest in his assessment. The guys are very upfront & very friendly and welcoming. Indigo, the shop dog, is a sweetheart as well. If we stick with a European vehicle for our daughter’s next car, I will definitely be a customer at Delta V.
Went in today to get my car inspected and have the oil changed. The shop was down due to a disconnected air hose. Allen instead of turning me away, worked with me and still did my car for me. I love the guys! They always do there best to meet customer expectations. They are honest and do what it takes. I won't ever take my car anywhere else. Glenn, Allen and Jason are the best at what they do. Thanks so much guys! Still taking care of my 911. Do yourself a favor and come see these guys.
