Exceptional, professional and very courteous service. Jeremy, Greg and staff went above and beyond to make our experience most excellent. Totally up front with all of the issues involving our Lexus. I was referred by a friend and couldn’t be more pleased. Before my appointment, I receive friendly reminders about my drop off time, and they even went above and beyond by taking me and picking me up from DFW airport while my car was being serviced. Throughout the process, I was kept informed about the recommended repairs, all of which I agreed with. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely continue having my car serviced here and will recommend them to my friends and family as well.
The service they provide is exceptional. I brought my car in on a whim when my electric power steering went out, and though they weren't able to fix the issue (as i later found out they specialize in Japanese cars), they still ran my codes, gave us a ride home, and provided convenient after hours pickup for my car since I wouldn't have made it while they were open. If you're in need if service for your Japanese vehicle, you should definitely give them your business.
I’m always pleased with the service I receive from Auto Experts of Colleyville. They have serviced my Lexus LS430 for a long time. They’re always courteous, professional, along with experienced certified technicians. I also like having a loaner car while my car is being serviced. The shop brought a loaner to me and picked up my SUV. They sent me timely updates and videos of the parts that needed attention and also an explanation of how the parts work. When the work was completed, they delivered my vehicle to me, freshly washed. Excellent service, I highly recommend Auto Experts.
