Wanted a basic cart for golf on my course so I was going to by one and then add lights, mirrors, windshield, and a lithium battery conversion. Brandon suggested pricing one out for me and the price came in $300 less than what I could done it for and that included the labor. i would have spent at least 2 weekends doing it myself. I'm very happy with the results, it's exactly what I wanted.
I routinely Take my Golf Cart to Colonial Carts to get a tuneup each year. When it comes back, it’s always in great shape and it seems to run better than it did when it was new! The service is excellent. They pick my cart up in the morning and bring it back in the next day or two depending on their workload. They are very professional and they do great work. I’ve been satisfied each time they have serviced my Golf Cart. I highly recommend them for service or sales.
I cannot say enough great things about Colonial Carts and Brandon. I own a 2023 Epic E60L golf cart, and when my AGM batteries unexpectedly failed, I started looking into upgrading the cart rather than simply replacing the batteries. We weren't sure if we needed or wanted a golf cart until met Charlie. He patiently explained all our options for our specific requests and we test drove a couple of golf carts. What an amazing golf cart shop here locally in Williamsburg. Friendly people all around and amazing service work. I was very pleased with the finished product along with reasonable prices. I’ll definitely enjoy the cart down in Florida for years to come.
