I was able to call them that day about coming in to get a estimate, they looked at it and gave me the quote. I was quickly worked into the schedule for the next week. I recently took my car to Charles County Auto Body to get body work done. From estimate to repair, the guys there were very professional, personable, informative, friendly, etc. They gave me an estimated date of completion, and my car was finished when promised. I was just so shocked with their customer service, because you do not get the best every place you go. Besides the customer service, their work was perfect. Please give this company your business- you will not be disappointed.

I was stuck in Virginia with a broken down car. Two hours away. CCAB was willing to come tow my car and take me home early in the morning so I could make it to an event. I felt so safe and I’m so grateful for them. Thank you Mike and Tiffany!!

All that is old is new again! My 1st experience with CCAB was when my daughter"scuffed" my old truck. They did an awesome job on the passenger side bed and looked better than. new. Fast-forward a little over a year, the old truck (a 2010) was battered with the usual rocks and scars from 210 and surrounding roads. Instead of trading, we opted to have a refresh done. Just got my Tacoma back. It was pretty messed up. It looks and runs like brand new now. They did a really great job, are very helpful, easy to work with, and kept me current on progress through the whole job. Would recommend to anyone.
