I feel truly cheated by this company! I took my car in because the check engine light was on. Otherwise it was running fine! I did not give them permission to replace windshield wipers, which they charged over $138.00 to do! Insane! I asked that they NOT replace the air filter which they did anyway! They performed services not needed or requested. No itemized written list of services was given prior to services, only after. My naive was cost $3500+. The honesty, professionalism and friendliness of this place is top! Mechanics in general love to take advantage of certain types of consumers. Not something you have to worry about here!! All Browns locations are amazing, though this location is one of the best!
