The team on Wyoming shop went above & beyond to quickly take care of leaking seal around new fuel pump. Previous mechanic did not replace old rotting rubber seal with new fuel pump. Go figure?! Service was quick and managers were super helpful & responsive to all my questions & concerns. Been shopping for a new mechanic since my good one retired last year. Not a fun experience- time & $$$! I had a great experience at Browns Automotive. The staff was friendly and informative. They walked me through the whole process. Another perk was they even offered a shuttle ride to take me back to work while they worked on my car. I was very impressed with this shop and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to get work done on their car.
Highly recommend for Pre Purchase Inspection on a used vehicle. Worth spending a little to have them check everything out on a vehicle you're looking to purchase. This visit saved me $3,000-$5,000 down the road with pictures of problems and recommend what we should do if purchasing the vehicle as far as service. Isaac and Michael were great to work with and the guys in the shop know what they're doing. I will definitely use them again in the future.
UPDATED REVIEW: There has been a pretty quick change in management/front end staff, and they forgot to send an updated inspection report and to change my oil. I spoke with district manager Tim who was determined to make it right. He sent my normal inspection report right away, which always has fantastic detailed photos of all the work done on my car, and resolved any concerns I had with the service.
