I have visited all the Browns Locations and recommend family and friends! They provided me a free inspection with photographs sent directly to my phone. I had them do an oil change, it was fast, convenient and a good price

Love the staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer free inspections and sent photos of repairs being done to my phone! Had them help me with a heater issue on my chevy truck

First time using Browns for oil change had a gift card which helped. They found a laundry list of things to do....their prices are super high and I'll be checking around for better quote as I'm retired, otherwise a good job was done!! Ray at the desk is very professional and pleasant to deal with!!

Very inflated pricing and pretty lazy service. Would not recommend. Took my car in to get a tire repaired and put back on in place of spare. Repair was fine but had to put the original tire back on myself even after giving clear instructions. They asked me to approve a laundry list of extra services- asked for my authorization before sending any pricing (total came to $2500). Once pricing was sent, the details felt super scammy.
