Decided to try this place for the first time after receiving a coupon in the mail for an oil change. We’ve always taken our cars to Jiffy Lube, but decided to try someplace new. From the moment I scheduled an appointment, it was top notch! It was simple to schedule online and they took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived. This auto shop was recommended by neighbor. I needed some work done on my 10 year old vehicle. They went through everything. Then they emailed me a copy of what all they saw wrong. They called me and we discussed what were safety issues now and what we just needed to watch. Didn't try to upsell me. Showed pictures of what they saw and explained what the pictures were looking at. Service you don't see these days. Thank you.
Browns on Signal did a great scheduling us in.Everything thing we requested to be done was completed with no issues. What I like best was a complete list of issues, good or needs attention. Also attached were photos of each part in question. I did have rear break drum serviced and felt a bit of sticker shock, but great service and attentive to the customer!
Extremely polite and do a great job of explaining what's happening. I'm glad to have the repair done and am satisfied to have a 3/36 warranty on the work. The invoice was higher than I wanted or expected but other reviews say they are fair. I have a fluid change coming up that I'll give them a chance to quote.
After my car went through the diagnostic testing. Mechanics left car with grease on driver door panel. Brights on headlights no longer work unless holding it. Passenger door and window motor not put back or door panel. Additional drink holders thrown on the floor. When picking up vehicle battery wouldn't start car had to get a jump start.
