I like to support local, and I was cheated by Browns. We took a car to one of their locations and we had an expensive repair done. A few months later the issue resurfaced, it was not exactly the same thing, but related and the price was even more shocking. Brown's (and previously Dearholt) have always taken great care of me and our cars! I trust them which is difficult to accomplish with the current state of the auto repair business. Cheryl and Vincent are both top notch and always work with me on the repairs that are truly critical and those things that just need to be watched. Highly recommend!

Brown's Auto Experts were exactly that. Great and friendly staff. The engine repair on my 2015 Chevy Silverado was a very large and complex job that required over a week to complete, understandably there was important and difficult part machining (bearings and heads) that took the most time. The work was expensive but the staff were very helpful and transparent and helped me figure out what my best option would be going forward. My experience with Browns was unpleasant. I brought my car in for a suspension diagnostic. It's an old car with a lot of miles and I just needed to make sure it would make the trip home, as I drove it here for work. They told me what needed to be replaced, and although I was skeptical.. I agree to an outrageous repair price for for the minor repairs. Then they broke some stuff while fixing the minor things. Every call added to the repair bill. I’m a past customer from Dearholt Auto Care, now serviced by Browns Automotive Experts. Gosh, how should I say this? An ‘expert’ should do their very best not to make minor mistakes on their automotive repair work. It makes me wonder if there are other mistakes I have missed during my post-repair inspection. Otherwise, Cheryl and Vincent were both very helpful at explaining what needed to be completed to repair my son’s Tacoma. Reasonable repair rates, quality parts, short turnaround.
