The service was great, including transport to and from the shop. The car is running very well, with the exception of the windows not working now. We are certain that Brown's will address this after the holiday. We have always had excellent, responsive, and dependable service from Brown's.

Very professional and got to diagnosing my vehicle very quickly. Got the repair done asap and I couldn't be more pleased. Their total inspection report was also very comprehensive. Have been searching for a good repair shop for years now and I think I found it! Many thanks to the crew at Browns!

Called Mike before they closed and he told me to go in first thing the next morning. He was able to get my issue fixed very quickly. They didn't give me the run around like Rich Ford. Amazing shop will be my go to from now on.

Although this business isn’t the cheapest in town, their service is top notch! They provided the most detailed bumper to bumper inspection of my vehicle that I’ve ever seen which includes photos! Very thorough in explaining what was needed and what repairs could wait. Very transparent in pricing and options. Highly recommend Brown’s Automotive.

Browns automotive is very thorough and very expensive. I would say at the top end above dealer costs. The work quoted on my vehicle required one and a half to two hours labor and browns was going to charge around $1,400. Parts additional 700. I bought the parts online for $50 and installed them myself in 2 hours. I didn't really want to do the work myself. If you think those costs are reasonable and it's not price gouging but I'm sure they don't pay there mechanics $650 an hour. I'm still investigating the costs associated w... read more
