The honesty, professionalism and friendliness of this place is top! Mechanics in general love to take advantage of certain types of consumers. Not something you have to worry about here!! All Browns locations are amazing, though this location is one of the best!
Terrible service. It took them a whole week to diagnose my BMW and still never truly found what was wrong with it. But wanted to charge me for a part and repair that BMW dealership fixed for free. Due to a recall on that specific part it was covered by BMW and these guys were going to charge me 1600! I can't believe the nerve. Where have all the honest people who work for honest pay gone. I have so much respect for Browns. From the moment I step foot, to a courtesy ride to work , to the time my diesel truck is fixed, the trust and respect I have for the mechanics, techs, and service writers is a peace of mind- I would highly recommend this team to others which have.
