I would not recommend taking your vehicle here to get a diagnostic test. I would only take it there for normal maintenance and would not trust them if they recommended a repair or service you might need. I took mine there for an engine light, they said they would not fix the problem and recommended that I get a new engine.A new engine estimate was $16000.00. I called Browns as soon as they opened hoping to get my brakes looked at after 10 other places didn’t have room. They were extremely friendly, and squeezed me in that morning. They sent an email with a detailed inspection that was easy to understand, and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. In fact, I told them about issues that I thought I had, and they explained that they actually weren’t an issue. This is the second time I take my vehicle to browns automotive, and i absolutely love going there. I trust them fully. I know going to mechanics can be a very challenging thing to do but at Brown’s I trust everything they tell me about my car and I will never question the prices because I know they are telling me the truth about my car.
