Called Browns to help inspect an issue i was having on my car. They got me in the next day and the service was awesome. Got a full report of all the work done along with detailed photos. The photos were before and after. Incredibly detailed and well documented. If you were ever worried about not knowing if services were performed, details and services like this go such a long way. Earned my business from here on out. Thanks and shout out to the awesome techs there.
Really great experience, all the way around! I was able to make an appointment online, which was super convenient. Front counter staff was super friendly, and super helpful. After talking to them, I understood their process, and felt completely comfortable leaving the vehicle there. First off I want to say that browns really helped me out a lot! I was having trouble starting my car after driving it during a flood warning. I went through some deep puddles on the road. I didn’t know why my car wouldn’t start up instantly. It would start up first try and other times it would take a few turns of the key. They did a full diagnosis on my vehicle saw that my air filter was filled with debris and looked water damaged. Ram promaster wouldn’t start after sitting for a few months with battery disconnected. We had it towed in and the checked it out. Needed new battery. They put one in - checked out the electrical system and we were on the road in a few hours. Great service and wonderful staff
These guys were great, polite, and professional. We were traveling cross-country and found our engine oil leaking. They were quick to get us in when others turned us away. They fixed the issues quickly and got us back on the road without any unnecessary charges.
