First time using Browns for oil change had a gift card which helped. They found a laundry list of things to do....their prices are super high and I'll be checking around for better quote as I'm retired, otherwise a good job was done!! Ray at the desk is very professional and pleasant to deal with!!

I trust these guys to take care of my car and love that they keep such detailed records on my very old and high mileage auto. Super friendly too. I'm so glad AAA recommended them to me last year!
I feel truly cheated by this company! I took my car in because the check engine light was on. Otherwise it was running fine! I did not give them permission to replace windshield wipers, which they charged over $138.00 to do! Insane! I asked that they NOT replace the air filter which they did anyway! The drop off was easy in the morning and they gave me a ride from work back to the shop. The employees were very kind. I appreciate their diagnostic format of red, yellow issues. They also did not pressure me to spend more money than I wanted. Thanks!
