I feel truly cheated by this company! I took my car in because the check engine light was on. Otherwise it was running fine! I did not give them permission to replace windshield wipers, which they charged over $138.00 to do! Insane! I asked that they NOT replace the air filter which they did anyway! They performed services not needed or requested. No itemized written list of services was given prior to services, only after. My naive was cost $3500+. Terrible service. It took them a whole week to diagnose my BMW and still never truly found what was wrong with it. But wanted to charge me for a part and repair that BMW dealership fixed for free. Due to a recall on that specific part it was covered by BMW and these guys were going to charge me 1600! I can't believe the nerve. Where have all the honest people who work for honest pay gone. I trust these guys to take care of my car and love that they keep such detailed records on my very old and high mileage auto. Super friendly too. I'm so glad AAA recommended them to me last year!

Browns has been taking care of my car for some time, and while having to visit the mechanic due to car trouble can be stressful, I know that the folks at Brown's are going to give me an honest evaluation and price.
