I am very impressed with the men I met who work at Browns Auto. They were honest , fair and very reasonable with their cost. Don Chalmers wanted twice the cost for a diagnostic on my Ford Escape. And then it was not included in my total cost for the repair. I will be using them for all my auto needs. Plus the dog was an absolute bonus for greeting. Anyone who loves dog can always get my business!
These guys are great. Very quick, trustworthy service. I love that during the inspection they take photos of what is wrong with your vehicle so you can see for yourself and make a decision on next steps from there. They are also very accommodating to me and my work schedule regarding when I can afford to be without my vehicle for repairs to take place.
01 November 2024 Man, these guys are good to go! I never trust anyone with my vehicles, but Brown’s Automotive Experts changed my mind today. I stopped by to get a brake inspection and got to watch them perform it. They definitely didn’t lie to me about my brake’s status. These guys are thorough, too! They take pictures and annotate anything they come across that may be a concern to the owner. They were (and always are) kind and fun to interact with. I got an alignment on my car and also thought we’d have the brakes replaced. However, they told me that, if it were their car, they wouldn’t get replacements as they were still in good shape. That breeds confidence in them to tell me the truth about what is needed and what is not. That is a rare quality in auto mechanics. Thank you and many blessings abound with this company.
Amazing people and great service! I am so lucky to have found them. Single Mom of disabled daughter and have a Van with a lift. They took great care and attention to ensure it was fixed right and timely. I would recommend 100%
