I've been taking my 2015 Subaru Forester to Brown's Automotive Experts now for about a year and a half. I've had both routine maintenance (oil and filter changes) as well as major repair work accomplished (transmission rebuild, major tune-up, belt replacement). These guys are great. Very quick, trustworthy service. I love that during the inspection they take photos of what is wrong with your vehicle so you can see for yourself and make a decision on next steps from there. They are also very accommodating to me and my work schedule regarding when I can afford to be without my vehicle for repairs to take place.
I am very impressed with the men I met who work at Browns Auto. They were honest , fair and very reasonable with their cost. Don Chalmers wanted twice the cost for a diagnostic on my Ford Escape. And then it was not included in my total cost for the repair. I will be using them for all my auto needs. Plus the dog was an absolute bonus for greeting. Anyone who loves dog can always get my business!
01 November 2024 Man, these guys are good to go! I never trust anyone with my vehicles, but Brown’s Automotive Experts changed my mind today. I stopped by to get a brake inspection and got to watch them perform it. They definitely didn’t lie to me about my brake’s status. These guys are thorough, too! They take pictures and annotate anything they come across that may be a concern to the owner. The guys at Brown’s were very professional and really put in the time and expertise into finding out what was wrong with my son’s car. Communication was great and it didn’t cost me an arm or leg to get the issues resolved. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in Rio Rancho.
