In early April I had the Rio Rancho shop do a pre purchase inspection on a Volvo. They recommended repair of a crank shaft seal and some other cosmetic stuff. 1200 dollars later repairs completed. Getting to the seal meant taking off the timing belt which also turns the water pump. Month and half later car breaks down, it’s towed to Browns in NE Heights. Great job. I had taken my Subaru Forrester vehicle to Brown’s Auto in Rio Rancho. My vehicle steering wheel would shake when I would drive on the Freeway. I received a email from your Service Advisor and Tech. they send me photos and estimate. And I had other issues. I was surprise how quickly they worked on my vehicle. Thank you for your help. You guys are awesome.

I woke up on Friday to a dead battery in my truck. I made a few phone calls and no one was able to get me in. Then I called Browns. They said to bring it down and they would squeeze me in. I jump started my truck and went to Browns, prepared to spend a few hours in their waiting room. When I got there, they were friendly and helpful. They were actually able to look at my truck pretty quickly. I had a cracked battery. They replaced it, and cleaned up the mess it made. I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Never thought I would Get my car in on the same day that I called. The people that work there were very personable, especially Henry, They did a great job calling and letting us know what was happening at every step. And I got my car back in perfect time with a great warranty and much peace of mind. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has a car that needs some serious tlc, Because that's what they gave me.

It is that time of year and my air conditioner for my Lexus convertible wasn’t working. I called Henry and Ed at Brown’s Automotive in Rio Rancho and immediately knew I had my car in the right hands. They were very communicative through the entire process and were thorough in diagnosis and completing the repair. My air has never felt cooler!
