I had an intermittent starting problem with my truck. They found a couple items that could have caused the problem. They repaired those and the next day, I still had the problem. Fortunately, I was able to get it back to the shop. It did not start for them. They banged on the starter, and it did start once again. Wonderful experience at Brown’s Automotive Experts. They were able to get my truck in for a tune up, brakes, and a few oil leaks fixed on my schedule. When I dropped it off we went over an estimate and I felt confident to leave my vehicle. The same day I had updates with pictures of all necessary repairs and more. Over a few days they were able to get all repairs completed with excellent communication the whole time. I do plan to continue to use them and would recommend them to friends and family.

Fantastic shop. Ed is a good dude and will treat you right, as long as you are not a butthead. Great shop, great work, very accommodating. Glad I found a new shop

Most honest auto shop i have ever delt with took a vehicle in with a " broken strut" so the other local auto shops told me and quoted outrageous amounts. Only to find out no strut wasn't broken and all the other things the local shops said was wrong turned out to be lies. This shop could have taken full advantage of me like the other shops tried but no the integrity of this place is unmatched. Highly recommend they have my buisness moving forward. Nice to know there's still honest people in the auto industry.

I can’t say enough good things about Browns Automotive and to Tim and Ed and all of the other amazing people involved! They went above and beyond to help us with our son’s car. From the start, their communication was fantastic—keeping us updated every step of the way, explaining what needed to be done in a way that we could actually understand, and never making us feel pressured into unnecessary repairs.
