Fairly priced, honest, and quick. I called a few shops around to get service for my car. I was met with over priced parts, tires, or nonsemsible billable hours. This shop was recommended on Facebook. I called and Thea answered. I needed pricing for tires and alignment. I was surprised to find out they price match Tire rack without even asking. I visited Black Canyon Performance for the first time for my 2010 Mini Cooper S this past month and enjoyed my experience. The team was very kind and answered any questions I had. I received prompt and thorough service. The waiting room was very clean and was a nice atmosphere to stay in while they worked on my car. Went to Black Canyon for the first time to have my s4 avant custom tuned by RCP. I worked with the owner Chris who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Very professional across the board and car has never ran better. Highly recommended for any work on your euro.
Pure professionals who know what is best for your vehicle. They are extremely considerate and friendly, and my car has never looked and driven better. They have no idea how often I’m going to pester them to keep helping me upgrade my new toy.
People that care about your cars, avoid this shop. Went in for $15k job (insurance). Work took over three months, and during that time, the $5k wrap on my Porsche was destroyed. The car was left out in the elements and was not properly washed and cared for. I paid for the Right Front Lift Pad to be replaced, and it was never installed. They lost and did not replace an interior plastic engine cover clip.
