Great communication on what was needed to get My X5 back to performing at its peak operating performance. In and out in less than 48 hours. One of the cleanest shops I've seen. As soon as I saw that I knew they took pride in their work. It shows in the work, my engine was spotless after picking it up. I had a cracked oil filter housing and was leaking oil all over. Thank you, you gained a loyal customer.
Fairly priced, honest, and quick. I called a few shops around to get service for my car. I was met with over priced parts, tires, or nonsemsible billable hours. This shop was recommended on Facebook. I called and Thea answered. I needed pricing for tires and alignment. I was surprised to find out they price match Tire rack without even asking. Great team over at Black Canyon! I don't say this often, but these are very honest folk. Between overhearing customer calls/resolutions and having my own issues where they were reasonable with my mistake on an expensive set of 3 piece wheels. Icing on the cake you ask? In ground/flush alignment rack!! Highly recommend for performance or maintenance needs! The photo was not taken on property, but right after my perfect alignment!
Wonderful shop! These guys have worked on two of my cars now, my old 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and now my 2008 Audi R8 and both times they’ve done a great job. I highly recommend them for any euro car repair.
Honestly five stars is not enough for this company!! I've been having an intake manifold flap issue that the Audi dealer bluewater performance and a few other highly known shops had no clue how to fix without pulling my engine. Black canyon performance sat with me discussed my options for a engine drop or a intake manifold flap tune to keep from being in limp mode, it took them less than half a day and my car is running incredibly smooth again until I can afford to drop the engine!!
